After the events of Stree, the town of Chanderi is being haunted again. This time, women are mysteriously abducted by a terrifying headless entity. Once again, it's up to Vicky and his friends to save their town and loved ones. Stree's fear has ended in Chanderi. While the mysterious women who helped Vicky has also disappeared and villagers feel he is gone crazy for loving a ghost. But another fear has started to haunt village where a behead man (Sarkatta) is targeting women of Chanderi. Vicky gets a hint from the mysterious women that Chanderi again needs his help to save the women where he along with his friends Rudra, Bittu and Janna enter the haunted house where Stree lived and Sarkatta is buried. Vicky and his fiends are attacked by Sarkatta they manage to flee but he chases them and Vicky's life is in danger until the mysterious women who now has more powers in her arrives and saves him and tells them together they all should team up again to save women of Chanderi.

Two urbane brothers witness a baby being kidnapped from an impoverished mother at a railway station in rural India. One guided by moral duty, convinces the other to help the mother and join a perilous investigation to find the baby. In the wee morning hours at a remote railway station, a chance encounter changes the lives of a few young people forever. Gautam is there to pick up his brother Raman for an extravagant destination wedding. The relationship between the two brothers is already tenuous at best, and the thin veneer of familial love is further challenged when they chance upon Jhumpa Mahato. An already broken woman with little to her name, Jhumpa is beside herself with panic when she wakes from her slumber to discover her infant daughter missing. A series of unfortunate incidents embroil the two brothers into Jhumpa's pitiful endeavour to be reunited with her young child. This perilous journey through the unforgiving hinterlands thrusts the young men out of their sheltered existence, compelling them to confront the harshness of reality. The Bansal brothers and Jhumpa are forced to navigate the dark underbelly of society, testing their resilience, trust, and ultimately, their humanity. The film does not shy from the inequalities and mistrust that pervade our world but also draws attention to the unyielding strength of the human spirit. Based on an urban legend in Chanderi, Stree is set in a town where everyone is familiar with the fables of a strange woman who calls men by their name and abducts them, leaving their clothes behind. Nobody knows any facts - and those who are abducted seldom show up to tell stories but the fear is palpable. Everybody diligently makes sure the inscription O Stree, Kal Aana (O Woman, Come Tomorrow) is written on their walls, and at night try and stay indoors.

Little Manda is found raped and dumped in a trash heap in her slum. Her parents are more concerned with survival than dignity and want to forget and move on as even the cops are powerless to help as the rapist is a local politician's son. But Manda's Ajji (grandmother) cannot accept the injustice of it all. Can a frail, arthritic and powerless old woman grapple with the big bad wolf? Is there still hope for justice in a cruel world? Can anything act as a deterrent to rape? The answers to these questions form the crux.
