Kids are supported by house servant Banke Bihari Chaturvedi or BBC (Tiku Talsania). The crafty relatives include Vikram Sinha (Govind Namdeo) & Prabhakar Sinha (Pramod Moutho). Vikram's son is Ranjit Kumar (Mayur Verma). Vikram and Prabhakar are angry with Siddhant as he is using company money to fix a dam built by his firm but now handed over to the Government. Siddhant says that the dam endangers several hundred villages and fixing it is a civic duty. Vikram disagrees and says now the dam is the responsibility of the Government. Siddhant orders the repair of the dam, but Vikram secretly stops the work. Vikram and Prabhakar are 30% owners of the company. They were ones who also used sub-par cement on the dam. Eventually the dam breaks and Siddhant is livid that his orders were not carried out. He orders his own inquiry into the dam failure. Siddhant dies, but the children are saved. Their custody goes to Siddhant's relatives. Since Rajit has not tried to contact Siddhant for 14 years, he is considered dead. Vikram and Prabhakar make the children's lives miserable. Shekhar learns of Siddhant's death & children's plight via Jaddu. He decides to do a good turn & re-enters the home posing as Siddhant's long lost brother Rajit Rai. BBC collaborates with Jaddu to bring Shekhar into the house, as he could see that Vikram and Prabhakar would eventually kill the kids. BBC shares all the inside information to prove that Shekhar is Rajit. Anna too has returned after learning about Siddhant's death. She, along with the children, have an uneasy truce with Shekhar as he is their only hope now. Shekhar even saves Anna from Ranjit's evil eye. The villains try to discredit Shekhar, but the whole game turns Topsy Turvy when real Rajit Rai shows up. Seeing their last chance to usurp Siddhant's money vanish, the villains now side with Shekhar, prove him to be the real Rajit Rai aka Raju Chacha. The deal is simple: Shekhar will be their partner & get a 25% share in the estate. Anna witnesses this deal and again believes that Shekhar has betrayed her trust. However, Shekhar stuns the villains after being proved as Rajit Rai by letting them know that the "real" Rajit Rai is only his fellow conman Gafoor (Sanjay Dutt). Anna's trust in Shekhar is back as she sees that Shekhar only wanted to protect the kids and did not desire any money or wealth. Shekhar helps the kids get their rightful legacy back. Anna reconciles after seeing the change in Shekhar, but the joy is short lived when the villains succeed in sending Shekhar back to jail. Meanwhile, the truth of Siddhant's death is revealed to the children. The kids record Vikram's conversation on tape where he talks about how he got Siddhant killed. Shekhar escapes again & kills the villains' same way they killed Siddhant. The end credits come up as the kids sing in the hope that their real Raju Chacha one day might come back...

Ashok starts hating poor people & starts working hard to become rich because his mother abandoned him with his two other siblings and left for a richer man in the past. Karim (Deven Verma) is Head Servant of the house. In the process of acquiring wealth, he becomes an unbearable disciplinarian and neglects his family consisting of his younger brother Anil (Shahrukh Khan) and sister Suneeta (Nivedita Saraf). Anil has returned home after many yrs of studies. Ashok is out of town on business and Anil throws a party to celebrate. But Ashok returns unexpectedly and yells at Anil for wasting time and money on parties as he does not like it. The next day he yells at Suneeta for being few minutes late for breakfast as she was preparing the Thali for Rakhi. Anil loves Kavita, who is a poor girl. One day Ashok sees Anil with Kavita and is livid. That night Ashok confronts Anil and says that Kavita is only after Anil for Ashok's wealth. Anil tells Ashok that he or Kavita do not care for his wealth. Anil goes against his brother's highhanded ways and marries Kavita (Nagma), a poor girl and opting to leave the house. Fenni Fernando (Anu Agarwal) is Ashok's secretary in office. Ashok gets his sister Suneeta married to a man who turns out to be a gold digger Pradeep Mallik (Dalip Tahil), although she is in love with Ashok's manager Kamal (Vivek Vaswani) (neither had the courage to go against Ashok and admit their feelings for each other). Pradeep was guided by Mr. Mallik (Bharat Kapoor), Pradeep's brother and his wife (Madhu Malhotra). They send Jairam (Viju Khote), as Marriage Mediator of Sunita and Pradeep. The wedding takes place in double quick time and Anil is not invited to it. Ashok travels to Ranigarh for a new auto-parts plant. There an orphan named Munna makes fun of him and the way he walks (while he was out touring the town). Munna lives in an orphanage under the eyes of evil caretaker Shanti (Sushmita Mukherjee). Pratap (Paresh Rawal) is Shanti's boyfriend and also runs a car theft business in town. Shanti uses the orphanage money to fund her drinking binges. Ashok finds out where Munna lives and visits the orphanage to take revenge. At the time, some journalists are visiting the orphanage. Kamal suggests Ashok should donate, but Munna advises Ashok not to donate too much as Shanti will spend it on her drinks. Ashok gives her rs 50, which makes her angry. That evening Shanti thrashes Munna badly, who has no option but to escape and who decides to hide in Ashok's car and leave for town with him. Munna (Pooja Ruparel), an orphan arrives at Ashok Bansal's house. Initially the servants think Munna is a boy and are ordered to give him a bath, but they find Munna has long hair and that she is a girl. Fenni is summoned to give Munna a bath and to get her ready. Ashok has to allow her to stay for a few days as his sudden appearance at the orphanage has done wonders for his PR and sending her back will create negative press. She creates havoc in Ashok's home (She forces Ashok to spend time with her and Fenni (who is Munna's caretaker), watch movies and so on). Meanwhile Shanti figures out that Munna is living with Ashok and calls him to threaten that he has "stolen" Munna from the orphanage and she will go to the press with this. Ashok decides to take Munna back to the Orphanage, but his car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. Ashok, Fenni and Munna are forced to take a lift in a truck. They are dropped 20 Kms from Ranigarh. They are forced to spend the night in an abandoned cottage. Fenni manages to forage some food from the local area, but Ashok refuses to touch it. The situation leads to many amorous encounters between Fenni and Ashok (including Ashok seeing Fenni completely naked). Ashok returns Munna to the orphanage the next day. Munna says that she left on her own choice, and forces Shanti to take the lawsuit back, causing a loss of millions. Ashok is happy now but misses Munna terribly. He shares with Fenni the reason why he hates the word "love" so much in his life. On the way back, a trashed Munna again blocks his car, and this time Ashok hugs Munna and brings her back with him to his estate. Ashok is much more relaxed now and values love in his life. He trims his mustache and dresses more informally. Fenni is shocked at his transformation. At her birthday, Ashok gets drunk and openly admits her love for Fenni. Meanwhile Suneeta is in hell as Pradeep sleeps with other women in front of her. Ashok misses Anil and puts out an ad in the newspaper calling him back. as luck would have it, Anil works in an auto garage owned by Pratap. Anil tells Pratap that Ashok is not his brother. On Rakhi, Ashok goes to meet Suneeta. Ashok meets Anil there. Ashok begs for forgiveness to Anil, but Anil refuses to forgive Ashok as he has done a grave injustice to Suneeta by marrying her to Pradeep, as she is treated like a servant in the house and beaten badly. Ashok beats up Pradeep black and blue and brings Suneeta home. Ashok forces Pradeep to sign the divorce papers by threatening to reveal his tax frauds and other thefts with the Govt. Ashok unites Suneeta to Kamal. Meanwhile Anil finds out that Pratap is dealing in stolen cars. As Pratap decides to kill Anil, Ashok intervenes to save him. Pratap is defeated and escapes. Shanti finds Munna is at Ashok's house. Ashok has sent an application to adopt Munna. Anil and Kavita return home. Shanti meets Ashok at his house and says Munna parents have resurfaced and want her back. Shanti offers to buy off the parents for Rs 25 Lakhs, but Ashok now senses that Shanti wants the money for herself and refuses to pay. Ashok puts a notice out in all newspapers that he is adopting Munna. Pratap and Shanti find a piece of locket in the storeroom, that Munna carries in her neck. This would be conclusive proof that whoever carries that piece is her parents. The orphanage kids hear this plan of Pratap to kill Munna after they get the money from Ashok. Pratap and Shanti disguise themselves and reach Ashok as Munna's parents. They say Munna was lost is a carnival many years ago. The piece matches and Ashok sends Munna away with them and Rs 50 Lakhs. The orphans meanwhile go to the police and ask the inspector to call and warn Ashok. The orphans tell Ashok about Shanti and Pratap's plan. Munna escapes and hides in the carnival. She had hidden the money suitcase. Ashok reaches on time and gives Pratap the money, and he wants Munna back. Anil attacks and together they both rescue Munna, while Pratap and Shanti are killed.

His relatives are his mother Sumitra (Sushma Seth), his uncle Shanti (Alok Nath) and his cousin Bhanu (Mohnish Behl). Kishen is lazy and doesn't start work before noon. The business is mainly run by Shanti and his son Bhanu. Sumitra forces Kishen to start attending office and to take an interest in his own business affairs. Kishen hits on his secretaries at work. He has a loyal dog named Sheru. One day Bhanu asks Kishen to sign some checks for him. The next day Sumitra calls Kishen to the board meeting and asks about the Rs 5 Lakhs he withdrew from the bank the day before. Kishen is astounded but Bhanu claims that he gave the money to Kishen. Due to Kishen's flamboyant lifestyle everybody believes Bhanu, till Sheru gets the money bag from Bhanu's home. The bag also has Bhanu's markings. Shanti banishes Bhanu from the house. Kishen realizes that he needs to take more responsibility for the business. To expand his business, Kishen decides to investigate business prospects in a village. Kishen's father had promised a tea factory to the village while he was alive, but after his death the project went on a back-burner. Sheru stays back with Sumitra. Here, he meets a village belle named Radha (Juhi Chawla). Kishen bumps his car into Radha leading to a fight between the 2. Village Sarpanch (Tiku Talsania) is also Radha's father. Radha complains to her father and the entire village beats up Kishen when he arrives in the village. Kishen stays at a guest house managed by Jugnu (Kader Khan), who cannot see at night. Jugnu realizes that Kishen was beaten up by the villagers and tells the Panchayat who Kishen is, the next morning. Radha is asked to apologize to Kishen as all villagers want the factory to be started. Radha also offers to help Kishen heal from his injuries. Besides his work, Kishen also starts teaching English to Radha and some other people of the village. Jugnu gets married to his crush Bijlee (Neelam Mehra). Unknown to Kishen, somebody is stalking him and reading his mail. The factory is inaugurated. The villagers are indebted to Kishen and want to give a gift. Kishen asks for Radha, but Radha says that she does not love Kishen. She says that she only befriended Kishen for the villagers. Kishen wants to know why Radha rejected him. She reveals that she has a friend Banno who went mad after her suitor from the city abandoned her after a romance and a promise to come back. Radha rejects Kishen and he drives away but ends up crashing his car. Radha is distraught and prays for Kishen's recovery. Kishen survives. Kishen and Radha slowly fall in love with each other, and Radha agrees to marry Kishen. Kishen leaves the village (and Radha) and promises her that he will come back. On reaching home, Kishen is surprised to see a mourning at his home. He is even more confused to see people looking astonishingly at him. But he gets a shock of his life when he sees the portrait of his mother, signifying that his mother is dead. The real sucker punch comes when he sees his duplicate mourning next to his mother's portrait. When he says that he is Kishen, his duplicate claims the same. When he prods the duplicate to tell something about real Kishen, the duplicate astonishes him by telling him about his life (Jugnu, Sarpanch and others) as well as about Radha. The duplicate also has the letter that Sumitra had sent to Kishen in the village. Kishen is unable to think as to how the duplicate could know about Radha, but he knows that his pet dog will identify the real master. When the dog, too, goes to the duplicate, Kishen is thrown out of his own home. Meanwhile, Kishen learns about the sudden death of one of his old servants, and he smells foul play. He somehow succeeds to infiltrate into his own office, which is now run by his duplicate, but he gets arrested. Another servant named Daddu tells Kishen about his mother's accident, which probably killed her as her body was not recovered. Kishen also notices that Bhanu is back at home. Daddu is killed when he sees "Kishen" taking to Bhanu and Inspector Dholak and revealing that his real name is Tony. Bhanu and Dholak kill Daddu by drowning him. When Kishen infiltrates his office, the duplicate has him arrested. Kishen learns that the duplicate even terminated the village factory and is preparing to sell of company assets. Meanwhile, Radha comes to meet Kishen in the city after the village factory is closed. But, when she sees "Kishen" partying with some girls, she thinks that Kishen has forgotten her. She turns to go back, but the real Kishen has escaped police custody. He stops her and explains the whole story. He, Radha and Goonga (Shakti Kapoor), a dumb convict who has escaped with Kishen, plan to set things straight. The trio hide themselves in a boat which takes them to Goa. Here, Kishen meets a girl who calls him Tony. Slowly, he comes to realize that his duplicate's name is Tony Braganza. Tony works as a saxophonist in a Goan club called Three Aces and has a girlfriend there. Kishen starts gathering every information about Tony. The trio returns to Mumbai. Radha pretends to be a girl named Rita and gains access to Kishen's home. Kishen has identified the key players by now: Bhanu, Tony and Inspector T.T. Dholak (Kiran Kumar). He creates a rift between the trio. An enraged Tony threatens to expose his partners by what he calls his trump card. The angered partners take him to the real head behind the game, who is revealed to be Kishen's uncle Shanti. Now, Tony shows his trump card - he tells them that Kishen's mother is still alive and his men have kept her in captivity. She knows nothing about Tony or the events happening. Meanwhile, Kishen discovers the depth of the trio's planning. He finds that his dog could not identify him as it was not his dog. Like Kishen, his dog, too, had been replaced. Now, Kishen comes back, impersonating Tony and makes Tony's partners throw Tony out the same way Kishen was thrown. Tony comes to the place where he has hidden Kishen's mother and convinces her that he is Kishen. Kishen arrives there, too. Kishen's mother tricks the duo and finds out who is her son. Just then, all the villains show up at Tony's den. Kishen's uncle goes on to explain that he never liked the way his dead brother left the entire estate to Kishen's mother. He explains that Bhanu was not the only one looting the money. When Bhanu was thrown out, he went to Goa to find him, where he met Tony. As the whole plot is explained, Kishen surprises everyone by saying that he had anticipated this. The money he used to lure out the villains was fake. In another twist, Dholak comes out holding a gun on Radha's head. Even Kishen is surprised when Goonga re-introduces himself as Inspector Bhinde. He explains that he was sent undercover by the commissioner (Jagdish Raj) as even he smelled a rat. In the melee that ensues, the villains are overpowered and arrested. Tony surprises everyone by acknowledging his true identity and saying that there can be only one Kishen. Kishen and Radha are united.
