The story of the film revolves around a cursed nighty - the original owner of the nighty had experienced unfulfilled love, which ultimately led to a curse on it. A wannabe actress comes to Kolkata from a village in pursue of her career. She is willing to cross all limits in order to become successful. She uses the nighty for seducing producers and has no regrets. The events that take place later form the climax of the story.

The story of Chaplin revolves around Bangshi who is a great fan of Charlie Chaplin and earns his living by impersonating him, and who struggles to grant his son Nemoa`s wish to have a birthday partiy like other kids that his daddy can hardly afford.
