Prabha (Aadhi) whiles away his time with his friends and directs no attention towards the family, or academics, and is subjected to the family`s ridicule for the same reason. He is always compared to his younger brother, who has a well established job in a television channel. Finally, driven over the wall by the overt comparison, he picks up a fight against his brother. It appears that his brother dies because of this fight. However, from here, Prabhu`s life takes an unprecedented turn and he ends up finding the real culprits of his brother`s death.

Shiva, an unemployed graduate, falls in love with Charulatha. However, when he drives her to Mumbai, the two are chased down by two different gangs for different reasons.
