The film is a story of three very close friends who help and support each other in times of crisis. Apoorvan, Babumon and Chopra try to steal Apoorvan`s wife`s gold so as to support Babumon in his scientific experiments but this leads to a very messy situation and they are outcasted from the village. What happens thereafter forms the rest of the story.

Gopan falls in love with Sheethal who moves in upstairs. But Sheethal has other plans on her mind , like trying to reunite the separated couple of Rangaswami Iyengar and Kasthuri.
