A middle-class, undisciplined boy falls in love with a highly educated girl who belongs to a disciplined and traditional family. It follows the struggles of this young couple as they try to make their relationship work against all odds.

Myra Devekar is an aspiring director who has a fallout with her director. She gets the support of her producer and is given a task by him to come up with a gripping gangster biopic flick infested with heavy dosage of violence. Myra gets an idea that will `kill two birds with one stone` by making a biopic on a real life gangster! Satisfying the producers need for commercialism and her hunger for making a realistic film. Her extensive research only leads to one name, the most menacing, one eyed `Bachchan Pandey` of Baagwa, a ruthless gangster surrounded by quirky yet scary henchmen. Myra discreetly tries her best to find out about Bachchan Pandey, with the help of an old friend who resides in Baagwa, so that he can help gather more information to develop a film script, but fails miserably in all her attempts. However when she finally gets the chance to gain an insight into Bachchan`s life and ends up getting caught by Bachchan Pandey. What happens next in this twist of tales takes us on a roller coaster ride.

St. Marks is a school full of bright teenagers having aspirations and looking to make a mark on the world. But teenage life isn`t just about school, it`s also about love and crushes. Viraj (Akshay Kumar) is a Hollywood stuntman who tries to find love but is unsuccessful. His opinion of women also makes it tough for him to get into a relationship. Smrita (Kareena Kapoor) is all about good looks, caustic wit and a hard-to-get attitude. When the two cross paths, the hatred level is an all time high, without realising that destiny has other plans for them.

One Two Three is a comedy of three men from various parts of India who share a common name ``LAXMI NARAYAN`` due to which various confusions start and the basic plot of the film is established. The three main characters are Laxmi Narayan 1, 2 and 3. LAXMI NARAYAN 1 is played by TUSHAR KAPOOR, a young and aspiring emotional shooter from underworld whose only aim is to fulfill his mother`s dreams of becoming the most popular don. LAXMI NARAYAN 2 played by SUNIEL SHETTY is an automobile salesman from Mumbai whose only aim in life is to keep his boss happy and in course of which he becomes a confused and annoying character. LAXMI NARAYAN 3 played by PARESH sells KACHHA AND BRA in a mobile car on the streets of Chandni Chowk in Delhi. The story proceeds with the three of them reaching a single destination called Pondy for their individual work. The story now is full of fun, comedy and laughter leading to a climax most unexpected.
