The story revolves around the life of a planter, Adam Joan Pothan from the village Mundakkayam. One day, he unexpectedly meets a girl named Emy and they go to Scotland together. The new people he meets on his journey changes his life.

Shiva (Ajith) is the third son of Jeevanandham (Ajith), from his second wife. His step brothers, Sam (Sampat) and Vicky (Rajiv) from his father`s first wife are greedy for their father`s property and the situation turns worse when their father dies. Shiva wants to keep the family intact and therefore backs out of the feud. But now the older brothers are not able to handle the wealth and the responsibility that comes along with it. The rest is how Shiva saves his brothers from those after their wealth and whether money can actually disintegrate a family.
