The film is a remake of Amitabh Bachchan starer Zanjeer. The honest police officer Vijay Khanna shall rise to fight crime and eliminate criminal in a city ruled by the crime lord Teja. To fight crime his love interest shall support him and Sher Khan will be his aide fighting from forefront.

The story of a woman's plan to find and marry a successful and self-made male. Kya Love Story Hai is the story of a carefree and wayward youth, Arjun Tusshar Kapoor, who experiences love-at-first-sight with Kaajal Ayesha Takia.
