Sachin Khedekar plays the Chief Minister of Maharashtra in this upcoming Marathi film. His character named Vishvashrao Mohite plays an honest politician who is determined to use honest means which can benefit his citizens. When he accuses an IAS officer played by Mahesh Manjrekar of malpractice, he lands himself in a soup which even puts threatens his position.

The revered saint and philosopher -poet Tukaram (1608-49), is possibly the only saint whose importance and popularity has not diminished through the centuries. Tukaram impressed upon the community that one can seek and attain spiritual knowledge even as one carries out worldly duties. Tukaram was born in 1608 in Dehu, a village near Pune in a family who were devoted followers of the deity Vitthal or Vithoba (a form of Lord Vishnu, the Preserver in the Hindu Trinity). The family belonged to the Kunbi caste and they were moneylenders and traders by profession. This film traces the journey of a common man to sainthood. It is a journey that gives us immense confidence. Tukaram`s era comprises of the period when the people of Maharashtra were being exploited by the Adilshahi and Nizamshahi rule. This great saint-poet awakened the self-esteem of these common people. He instilled in them the emotion that their lives were valuable too. In doing so, he helped to gather soldiers for the establishment of the Maratha empire. He brought verve and confidence to a frustrated, depressed society. What better miracle could there be?

Meera Achrekar is a cricket fanatic first and secondly the maths teacher. She's happy and single and quite a hit with her students because of her love for the game. Harshvardhan Ghodke (Akshay Pendse) and Abhijit Vaidya (Umesh Kamat), are engineering students, who lie to their parents and land up in Bombay to have fun for a couple of days. Unfortunately, they get caught up in such a mess with the law that they can't find a way out. They are framed for a murder they didn't commit. The drama begins when Keshav, who has never won a single lawsuit, is forced to defend Harsh and Abhijit against prosecutor Advocated Phandnavis (Sachin Khedekar), a formidable opponent who has never been defeated in court. Sudha goes through a bitter divorce with her husband, Bhau. Her son, Ananda, yearns to meet her some day. He sends a very emotional letter to his mother who after reading it, now desperately wants to meet her own son who's missing her. But society is not going to look at this meeting as an easy and straight task.
