With no hesitation Jagdish Verma grant a seven years period of rigorous punishment to Jogi despite his pleadings. The Judge family consists of his wife Urmilla, sons Kunal and Karan Verma; on completion of his seven years sentence Jogi is released from jail and abducts Urmilla, finds out that she is pregnant, ensures that she gives birth to a baby girl Tina and then kills her. On completion of eighteen years all the children have matured; Kunal and Karan manages the family's well-established business and also tend to there handicapped dad who is now paralyzed unable to move while Tina grows up to be a prostitute under Jogi's captivity. Judge Verma had at one time been Yogi's defence lawyer, but now must pass sentence against him. Yogi pleads his innocence, but the Judge finds him guilty, and Yogi is sentenced to a long jail term. Yogi swears to avenge this injustice and humiliation. Judge Verma's family consists of Urmilla (Beena), and two sons, Karan and Kunal (Sunil Shetty and Saif Ali Khan respectively), a daughter Tina. Years pass by and Yogi is released from jail. He is obsessed with hatred and vendatta against Judge Verma and his family, and abducts young Tina, and plans to use her to rule over the judge and his judgements. The family is instructed not to contact the police for fear of the death of Tina, and keep this abduction a secret. Tina (Madhoo) grows up in the company of Yogi and his men, without knowing her real parents and her brothers. Tina is then used to ensare the family into more deceit and entrapment as Yogi directs her to do so. A saga of love as a man turns rebellious and goes against his family and society to protect his love, a prostitute from evil. Saajan is a college youth, enjoying his life, meets with Kajal the girl of his dreams at a brothel. Kajal is an innocent victim of Dhanraj, who runs this brothel. Saajan eventually falls in love with Kajal, but this love affair is not acceptable to the society, which includes his parents Mr. and Mrs. Sood. Saajan's dad Col. Sood wants his son to join the Indian army. On the other side, this relationship of love is also not acceptable to Dhanraj, since he doesn't want any of his brothel girls to go into normal respectable society. Trapped between both, Saajan, along with his friends, rescues his love from the brothel. A few days later, Police Inspector D'Souza knocks on Sood's door, informing him that a complaint has been made against his son for abducting a young prostitute, commonly known as Paro alias Kaajal, and of beating several men who tried to stop him. After the passing of her parents, a young heiress suffers abuse at the hands of her relatives. Deepa lives a poor lifestyle along with her widowed father, and is in love with Dharma. Her father becomes ill, and must re-locate abroad for treatment. A rich male, Singh, offers to marry Deepa and only then will he get her dad the required treatment. Deepa agrees, and a heartbroken Dharma decides to remain single, takes to alcohol and becomes a goon. Deepa gives birth to a daughter, Barkha, but her husband passes away leaving her very wealthy. Her ex-convict brother-in-law, Bhanupratap, demands cash, and she gives him some, but he wants more, and upon being refused - kills her, moves in along with his wife, Shanti; son, Roshan; and daughter, Chandni; on the pretext of looking after Barkha. He hopes to take over the entire estate, but finds his plans foiled when he finds out that Deepa had left a Will which made it mandatory for the entire estate to be transferred to Barkha after she reaches the age of 21. He and his wife abuse Barkha, force her to give up her studies, and make her do all the household work while they continue to collect a princely allowance every month. Years later Barkha has grown up, and after being whipped by her uncle, manages to escape, meets and falls in love with a street-wise male, Suraj. Ironically, Bhanupratap hires Dharma, who locates and takes her back - leaving her no choice but to sign-over the entire estate to her uncle.
