After discovering atrocities committed against the general public, a local thug sets out on a violent path in order to secure justice for their plight.

This historical Kannada film revolves around Sangoli Rayanna, an active freedom fighter from Karnataka in India. Till his death, he fought against the British. He was the chief of the army in the kingdom of Kittur which was ruled by Kittur Rani Chennamma.

The film stars Darshan as a police officer investigating the case of Alibhai and his gang. Darshan joins his gang as a goon and kills many members. But Alibhai returns from Dubai and kills Darshan`s father and brother. The rest is how Darshan takes his revenge.

Abandoned by his parents Naga begins to love in a village called Bellary and earns his living by dealing in Buffaloes. He later finds out that his step father was charged against a murder case by his own son who was conspiring against him to usurp his property. But instead of giving it to him, his step father named the entire property in Naga`s name. Naga returns to his village an settles everything with his siblings and his step father.

Sathyaraj, a petty thief, witnesses unexpected things happening to him. Later he realizes that his look alike was a brave police officer. Sathyaraj, taking advantage of that, goes back to the village and finishes the good deed that Madakari had commenced and puts an end to Babjee`s tyranny.

A police constable, Venkatappa (Srinivasa Murthy) meets Bellary Bhagyalakshmi (Malashri), a fraud and tells her his daughter, Kiran Bedi's (Malashri) story. Kiran was a police officer in Bangalore and resembled Bellary. There is a crime nexus run by Bhoopathy (Ashish Vidyarthi), his partners Naga (Kote), Mobile Nachappa (Rangayana Raghu), D'Souza and Muni in Bangalore. Bhoopathy's son Vicky murders a young civil service student, Shweta. Bhoopathy hides Vicky in Bhadramma's (Telangana Shakuntala) house in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Kiran finds Vicky and kills him and Bhadramma. Bhoopathy, in a fit of rage, manages to kill Kiran. Venkatappa now requests Bellary to become Kiran Bedi and finish Bhoopathy and his associates. Bellary accepts after listening to the story and getting money for it. Bellary targets the whole nexus of Bhoopathy and slowly starts taking them down. But soon Bellary's identity is revealed in the court. Full of remorse, she enters civil services and becomes a real police officer finishing Bhoopathy.

Ganesh, also known as Eshwar, is compelled to move to the city after the bloodshed in his native town, Mandya, devastates him. When he returns, he adopts the task of educating people.

Raju alias Yuvaraja is the youngest son of a family and a careless guy, always going around girls and enjoying with them. His womanizing habits are a source of heartburn for his father. However, his elder brother Chakri is a kickboxer and his father's favourite son, who is very fond of him. Janu, Yuvaraja's neighbour, is in love with him, but it is just one sided as Raju considers her a good friend and a source of money and cars to impress girls (Janu's father is a garage owner). He falls in love with Lovely, a rich girl, and poses as a rich guy to impress her. However, she soon finds out that Raju has lied to her. Lovely dumps Yuvaraja and insults him in front of his father. Raju's father, tired of his son's antics, kicks him out of the house and shuns him. Later, Chakri is attacked by his enemies and is bedridden, unable to take part in the kickboxing championship. Raju decides to fight for his brother and to redeem himself in his father's eyes by fighting in the championship match against Rohith, who happens to be Lovely's new boyfriend and the leader of the goons who beat Vetri earlier. Deciding to seek revenge for his brother's accident and to prove himself to his father, Yuvaraja defeats Rohith, redeems himself in front of his father's eyes and finally accepts Janu's love. Hence the film ends with a happy ending, and everyone greets Raju as Yuvaraja.
