Veer Thakur (Salman Khan) lives with his parents, Thakur Kunal Singh (Sharat Saxena), and mom Thakurain Geeta (Nishigandha Wad), and is in love with Muskaan (Dia Mirza). Veer (Arbaaz Khan) had died in serving in the line of duty as a soldier and then while immersing his ashes, they found a man who had no memories of his past. They brought him hoke as Veer. To find out his identity, Veer (Salman) goes to Mumbai. There he meets a teenager who calls him Ali bhaiya. The teenager dies protecting him from an assassin. Meanwhile, Veer meets Inder (Inder Kumar) and it is confirmed that his name is Ali. The teenager was his orphaned brother and Inder was his friend. The girl who he saw in his dreams, was Mehak (Sushmita Sen), his love. He learns that he was on a run from the police for shooting the CM, which was only a plan that he was supposed to enact but the CM was actually shot and killed instead. Now the rest is how Ali finds the real killer and frees himself from the malicious accusation of murdering the CM.
