Phaneesh S Ramanathapura has directed the film and Rajanish, Prasad, Ambarish, Bhaskar, Srinivas and Avinash have produced it. `Andar Bahar` also marks playback singer, Vijay Prakash`s debut as a music director.

The film marks Shivarajkumar`s 101st venture, and is produced by Bhaskar from Bharani Minerals. Gurukiran has scored the music for `Lakshmi` and and K. S. Chandrashekar has shot the film. Actor, Shivarajakumar plays an arrogant CBI officer in the film. `Lakshmi` also contains a love story with a twist.

Raghav Loki`s directional venture, Satya in Love, starring Shivrajkumar in the lead completed its shooting recently at Mantralaya. Telugu and Tamil actress Genelia plays the female lead. Guru Kiran helms the music and M.R. Seenu handles the camera.
