Everyone has their own take on love, and their expectations from it differ with the importance the give it in their lives. Dulha Mil Gaya portrays four such characters from different walks of life. Donsai and Pawan Raj Gandhi (P.R.G.) are rich men with totally different perspectives. While Donsai is averse to a commitment of any kind P.R.G.is a generous romantic who believes that there is nothing greater than love in the world. Shimmer is a glamorous diva who loves her independence and is completely goal oriented, focussed on earning success, with love at the bottom of the list. Then there is Samarpreet, a typical shy Punjabi kudi dedicated to love and lives for it. The movie shows us what happens when these varied characters meet and their love stories get entwined. The crossing of paths leads to the characters influencing each other, thus changing their views about love, relationships and life. Their journey is depicted with humour and fun. The characters exist in today`s world making it quite amusing.

Unable to control the evil she created, she placed the stones in a wooden box crafted from the tree of life and buried it deep in the earth and there the evil slept. A blind man Pyare and his deaf friend Mohan fall in love with twin sisters Preeti and Priya. But their relationships spiral into chaos when the sisters get falsely implicated in a murder case and the men have to find a way to save them. India's underworld is ruled by Don Tony Fernandez and his brother Tiny. Tony decides that he has had enough, goes to confess in a Church, kills one of his men, and then gets himself killed via a car bomb. What the Indian authorities do not know is that Tony is alive and well, living in style in Bangkok, Thailand, along with Tiny. Then on a flight to Bangkok, a man named Dholakia, fearing that the plane is going crash, confesses to a priest that he is Tony, which is overheard by two sisters, Preeti and Piya Malhotra, who are headed to Bangkok to do a song and dance show. Tony kills the priest, and the police arrest the Malhotra sisters, and if found guilty, both will hang. But Tony is not taking any chances, he asks Tiny to ensure that the two sisters are killed. But hilarious chaos reigns when two former Bollywood stunt artistes, Pyare, and Mohan, intervene to save the Malhotra sisters. The only problem is that Pyare is blind, and Mohan is deaf. Kishen (Anil Kapoor) has a suspicious-minded wife, Kaajal (Lara Dutta), who thinks he is always having an affair with another woman, even though he is extremely faithful to her and wouldn`t dream of betraying her in any way. Prem (Salman Khan) has the opposite situation. He is married to Pooja (Esha Deol), who seems to be very trusting, even though he has been having several affairs with numerous gorgeous women. There is also Kishen`s friend Shekhar (Fardeen Khan), who accidentally falls in love with Sanjana (Celina Jaitley) and marries her. Then Bobby (Bipasha Basu), a call girl, enters the story. When Kishen takes pictures of Prem and his girlfriend, and threatens to send them to his wife, Prem hires Bobby to seduce Kishen. The plan is that Kishen will fall in love with her, and Prem wants to see if Kishen can hide the relationship. Then the lies start happening, as Kaajal thinks Bobby is Shekhar`s wife, and Sanjana thinks Bobby is Kishen`s wife. It becomes a bundle of confusion and comedy when all the various people and couples start meeting.

Raj Mittal (Fardeen Khan), Veer Saxena (Zayed Khan) and Aryan Kapoor (Sharman Joshi) are unhappy with their respective marriages even though they love their spouses. Their wives Bhavana (Ayesha Takia), Diya (Esha Deol) and Sonia (Soha Ali Khan) are busy with their everyday lives, and their husbands feel ignored by them. Bhavana constantly uses religion as an excuse to not be intimate with her husband, Diya aspires to be an actress for Mr.Y (Rajpal Yadav) (Y tells Diya to get her beauty sleeps and hence she abstains from sex), and Sonia is a lawyer who is obsessed with doing cases with her partner H.S Gulati (Ali Asgar) (she is a winner and has a constant backlog of cases and as such has never got time for sex and frolics). The three men try to commit suicide as Veer tries to hang himself on a tree but falls, Aryan drinks expired rat poison and Raj wishes he was run over by a train but their suicide plan does not work. They meet Kothari (Satish Shah) who is also trying to commit suicide because he had three companies that have broken down. The three men get a job as Kothari hires them to work for him (the guys save Kothari from suicide attempt and give him ideas to relaunch his products with a different branding which are sure to turn them into a super success). Soon the three men come across Kothari's daughters: Madhuri (Riya Sen), Rekha (Aarti Chhabria) and Dimple (Sophie Choudry). It is not long before they are tempted by them. Kothari wants the guys to date his daughters and then dump them, so that their hearts are broken and then they agree to marry grooms of his choice. Veer goes after Rekha, Aryan goes after Madhuri, and Veer after dimple. The trio are successful in getting the girls to love them, but now don't want to let go. But they are ordered to return home by Kothari (the girls were in France). The girls decides to pursue them in Mumbai. Unfortunately for them, Lucky Bhai (Sanjay Dutt) is out to make their life hell and expose them to their unassuming wives. while the trio were away in France, Lucky Bhai entered their lives by befriending their wives and becoming the "defacto" Rakhi Bhai.. The guys try to convince their wives to let them get married twice.. But Lucky Bhai intervenes and thwarts their evil designs. Undeterred the guys decide to continue dating their girlfriends, but Lucky sees them together at a water park. Lucky tells their wives about their affairs, but the wives refuse to believe Lucky and have complete faith in their husbands. Lucky follows the guys to Kothari's house and meets Kothari. He learns how Kothari asked the 3 guys to woo his daughters. He takes a pic of the 3 guys and the 3 daughters with him. Meanwhile the wives and the daughters meet at a resort and start bonding at home as well. The guys try to uncover Lucky's past, but only find that he is a nationally decorated hero from Punjab, who helped capture terrorists in the state. Things take a serious turn when the guys capture Lucky and wrap him inside a coffin and throw him off a cliff to get rid of him. But Lucky survives and decides to torture the trio.. Meanwhile Kothari is pissed since the guys bought sports car on his dime to woo his daughters. The trio wants to marry the daughters and refuse to adhere to the initial agreement to break their hearts. In response Kothari goes to the wives and admits the truth. Lucky advises the wives to have their own affairs to set their husbands on the right path. But the husbands are pretty pissed to see their wives dancing with their friends.. Each complains how they tried to win their love, without success and hence were driven to cheating on them.. They decide to leave the house. The guys decide to marry the daughters. But on the happy occasion the daughters had called the wives (who are their friends) as witnesses. The whole drama plays out as the wives sign the divorce papers with their husbands and the daughters refuse to marry the guys as they feel cheated and misled. The guys are left alone. Once again the three friends commit suicide by standing on top of a ladder in the middle of 2 buildings. The wives are out there trying to stop them from committing suicide. They join them on the ladder, but they slip and are left hanging as well. Now Kothari arrives with a chainsaw and tries to cut the ladder, as he is pissed she now his daughters hate even the idea of marriage. The wives drop one by one and are saved by Lucky. Raj falls in garbage, Aryan on electric wires, Veer inside a dog van. They all learn their lesson and apologize to their wives.

When Jai falls in love with Neha, he is willing to do anything for her, even rob a bank. He makes a huge sacrifice for her but soon realizes that everything is not as it seems.

Joint Commissioner of Police Dev Pratap Singh (Amitabh Bachchan), a duty-bound, self-righteous officer (He has just killed a minority community student leader as he was conducting unlawful activities on campus), and Special Commissioner Tejinder Khosla (Om Puri), the balancing force between the political interests of Chief Minister Bhandarker (Amrish Puri) and Dev's commitment to the law, are lifelong friends, each with his own ideals. Tej believes in using excessive force for control, while Dev believes in upholding the rule of law. Tej reminds Dev that his own 8 yrs old son Armaan was killed by the bullet of a Muslim terrorist.. Dr. Bharati Singh (Rati Agnihotri) is Dev's wife. Farhaan (Fardeen Khan), a law graduate, was brought up with ideals of non-violence and patriotism. On a train bound for Bombay from Surat, a Police Inspector questions Farhaan, who has just obtained his law degree, for his reason to go to Bombay, and whether he has any alliance with Pakistanis. Farhaan answers that he is going to Bombay to live with his father, and he does not know anyone from Pakistan. Farhaan finds out that Bombay Police have been targeting the Muslim community, and in the name of fighting terrorism, have been killing innocent Muslim men, women and children. Dev has had a meeting with Muslim community leaders asking them to share list of all people attending their madrasas, their funding and any suspicious activities. corrupt politician Latif (Ehsan Khan) is angry with this biased attitude from Dev, but moderate leader Ali Khan (Pramod Moutho) wants to cooperate with the government. Ali is Farhaan's dad. Farhaan comes to know from Ali that Joint Commissioner of Police, Dev Pratap Singh, is involved in this witch-hunt. Dev orders the encounter of Kareem Khan of Latif's party involved in smuggling of arms. Kareem tries to hide behind his family and as a result, the family is also killed. The community is outraged and launches peaceful demonstrations (egged on by Latif). Latif publicly asks Ali to lead the Morcha. Latif's men start throwing stones & petrol bombs at the police during the Morcha, prompting Dev to open fire. As a result, Ali is killed. Latif meets CM's right hand man MangalRao (Milind Gunaji) and conveys that he helped the CM get elected in exchange for a promise of a MLA ticket. He reminds Mangal Rao for the CM to keep his promise. Meanwhile Farhaan meets Latif and says he wants to kill Dev. Farhaan is provided training in handling guns, and is subsequently made ready for this task. Aaliya (Kareena Kapoor) is the light in Farhaan's life. Beautiful and innocent, the young woman also gets caught in extraordinary circumstances that transform her life and she dares to stand up for the truth. Unfortunately, Farhaan is unable to kill Dev, who escapes unhurt. But one of Farhaan's assistant is killed and is identified to be Latif's man. Chief Minister Bhandarkar views this incident seriously, and instructs Tej to root out terrorist elements in the city. Tej raids Latif's hideouts and manages to capture Farhaan. Farhaan is eventually released as there is no evidence against him. Dev tries to counsel Farhaan that Latif is using him for political purposes. Tej is an ultra Hindu Nationalist, while Dev is a secularist in his views. Dev sees Armaan in Farhaan. Latif is alarmed by Farhaan's release as this was unexpected. He plans to divert their attention by conducting a bomb blast in the city and stoking communal tensions. Latif chooses Farhaan for the job as he does not intend for Farhaan to escape alive. Farhaan is told to deliver a package to a man near a Hindu temple, and he does so. While at a stop to buy some snacks, the package explodes prematurely, killing several people, but Farhaan survives. Since this incident occurred near a Hindu temple, a right-wing political party member, Mangal Rao, organizes a wave of riots against the Muslim community. Riots take place, and CM instructs Tej to observe and not prevent the violence. As a result, hundreds are killed. Latif organizes his men to target and attack Hindus and Hindu establishments, rendering the region unsafe, with people being killed in the name of religion. Dev is at the location, but is under orders from Tej not to act. After waiting, Dev decides to ignore his orders and bring the situation under control. Aaliya escapes sexual assault and Farhaan finds her and takes her to a hospital where Bharati treats her. When Hindus and Muslims have had enough, they publicly ask for peace, it is only then Latif and Mangal Rao agree on a truce, on the condition that no Muslim male, female or child will file a FIR (First Information Report) in any police station, to which Latif agrees. Latif then warns everyone in the Muslim community not to complain against anyone. Period. But Latif frames it as saying that Muslims cannot hope to get Justice from this govt and hence there is no point begging for it. But Aaliya breaks rank and complains to Dev publicly about his police officers and Mangal Rao, whom she had witnessed during the riots. Seeing Aaliya, many witnesses come forward. Mangal Rao is arrested by Dev. CM and Tej want Dev to release Mangal Rao, but he refuses. Latif summons Farhaan and beats him senseless and wants to kill him, but Farhaan escapes. It is then Farhaan finds out that he has been treated as a pawn by Latif, and decides to trust Dev and become an informer. Tej releases Mangal Rao and he plans to kill Aaliya. Tej knows this & stops Dev from helping the victims as Mangal Rao sets fire to the entire colony where Aaliya lived (Aaliya had secretly moved in with Bharati, without Tej or Dev's knowledge). Dev writes a formal complaint against Tej and this leads to a departmental inquiry. As Dev heads to court, he is shot down by unknown assailants on the steps of the court, and it is clear that Tej instigated the shoot-out. Tej tries to use the chaos to shoot Farhaan, but Dev saves him before dying. Tej is riddled with guilt on Dev's death and understands that Dev treated Farhaan like his own son. Tej kills himself and hands over all the evidence to Frahaan so that he can fight the battle in court.

A married couple rents a beautiful apartment at a ridiculously cheap price only to find that it is haunted. What follows is a series of eerie supernatural episodes in the house.

Their paths cross, and despite of the difference in their temperaments, both are attracted to each other. Both would like to get married, but also realize and stand by their commitment to Jaya and Nimesh. Will they marry the partners intended for them, and thus regret this meeting for the rest of their lives? —Sumitra (corrected by Carrie) Jatin (Fardeen Khan) has completed his MBA in U.S. and agrees to marry Jaya (Sonali Kulkarni), a girl of his mother has chosen for him. He has never seen Jaya but agrees because he loves his mother and cannot let her down. Then he bumps into hot-tempered Karishma (Amrita Arora) on the way. They develop instant dislike for each other but become friends over the journey. But they realize they have fallen in love with each other only after going their separate ways. —Soumitra Jatin is a successful Non-resident Indian in the U.S. He has come of age, and his parents decide he should get married. They go to see a suitable girl for him, and find her in Jaya Patel. They contact Jatin to come and get married, to which he agrees. On the way to India, he meets with Karishma, who is also on her way to India to get married to Nimesh. Two feuding neighboring families are brought together to celebrate the wedding anniversary of Vishnupratap Singh (Vikram Gokhale) and his wife (Farida Jalal), much to the dislike of Rudra Pratap (Sharad Kapoor). During this get together Abhayendra Singh (Fardeen Khan) falls in love with Mangala Solanki (Richa Pallod). Saraswati Batra (Waheeda Rehman), a graceful and devoted widow, has spent her life raising her three sons - Om, Jai, and Jagadish - in their ancestral home. Sacrificing his own youth, Om held the family together with love, duty, and unwavering moral strength. Now an adult, Om works at a music company owned by his wealthy childhood friend, Shekhar Malhotra (Parmeet Sethi). While Shekhar believes money is the greatest power in life, Om believes in love, family, and integrity. Om has taken out large loans from Shekhar to support the dreams of his younger brothers: Jai (Fardeen Khan), an automobile designer studying in the U.S. with dreams of building the world's fastest car, and Jagadish (Abhishek Bachchan), a brilliant but impulsive computer student in college whose lazy friends beg him to help them out of trouble with attendance - which he does by hacking and changing their attendance records. Om marries Ayesha (Mahima Chaudhry), a lively and strong-willed MTV VJ who pranks him on national television. Despite a rocky start, they fall deeply in love and have a child. Meanwhile, Jai falls in love with Neetu (Urmila Matondkar), a wealthy and westernized NRI. Neetu's mother (Lillete Dubey) doesn't object to Jai as a person, but resents his middle-class family and their decision to remain in India. Her more understanding husband (Raju Kher) supports Jai silently but firmly. After Jai graduates top of his class, Om and Saraswati urge him to return to India. However, Jai wants to stay in America, as he's offered a huge opportunity by an automobile company. But Om pleads with him to return, as he wants the brothers to stay together and needs his help with the growing financial burden. Jai reluctantly agrees, hoping to find work and marry Neetu. He is offered an 8-year contract but feels trapped by it and wants to head back to America, despite Om telling him to take it to help repay Shekhar's loan. Jai clashes with Om after urging him to sell their home as an alternative to pay their debts. Jai insists that Om is forcing the brothers to sacrifice their lives by clinging to outdated ideals and refusing to sell the house. Jagadish defends Om, reminding Jai that the house represents their father's dream and values, and that selling it would be a betrayal of everything he stood for. This confrontation marks the breaking point. Jai makes it clear he loves and respects Om but needs to go back to America to fulfill his dream. He returns to America, leaving Om emotionally devastated. After Jai's departure, Om - drowning in debt - approaches Tanya (Sheeba Chadha), the real estate agent who had once offered to buy the house. To his shock, Tanya reveals that she already owns the property. Her fiance, Shekhar, has legally seized the house under a clause in the loan agreement that Om had overlooked. Om had trusted Shekhar blindly, never expecting betrayal. Now, he and his family are evicted from the home Om protected for decades. Om is shattered - not just by losing the house, but by the fact that the friend he trusted most has exploited him. Shekhar, for his part, is also deeply hurt by Om's reaction. He reminds Om that when he gave him money, Om praised him, but now resents him for expecting repayment. He accuses Om of romanticizing morality while ignoring real-world responsibility, and despises his middle-class mentality. Meanwhile, Jagadish faces his own downfall. Manipulated by selfish college friends, he hacks into the university's system to retrieve exam papers. When one of the boys is caught, he betrays Jagadish to save himself. The scandal leads to Jagadish's expulsion and public disgrace. Om, already on the edge, breaks down and asks Jagadish to leave the house, further fracturing the family. Om, Ayesha, their five-year-old son, and Saraswati move into a small flat. The loss of the house is especially painful for Saraswati, who had longed to spend her final years surrounded by the memories of her late husband. With his standing in the music industry destroyed, Om seeks help in the music world. He turns to Ram Prasad (RP) - a former lift man Om once discovered and transformed into a musical sensation. But RP, now arrogant with success, refuses to help. Desperate, Om reaches out to KK, a disgraced singer whom he had replaced with RP for plagiarizing other artists' work. Despite their history, KK agrees to join Om, seeing his sincerity and broken spirit. Om also meets a notorious video pirate who used to illegally copy music videos, named Rahman. Touched by Om's decency - even in defeat - Rahman reforms and joins Om's new venture as an executive. Together, the three form a new music label named Saraswati. Built on second chances and raw talent, the label slowly rises. KK stages a massive comeback, and artists begin leaving Shekhar's label to join Om's. Infuriated, Shekhar publicly mocks Om for having "failed brothers" - one who fled abroad, and another expelled in disgrace. Om, pushed too far, slaps Shekhar in anger. In retaliation, Shekhar vows not to redevelop the house but to auction it off - just to humiliate Om. Back in America, Jai builds and sells his dream car for $2 million. During this time, Neetu sees Jai's quiet strength and unwavering integrity, and realizes her own selfishness. With her father's encouragement - who finally stands up to his wife - she reconciles with Jai. They return to India - Neetu transformed, grounded, and ready to embrace the family. Jagadish, now working as a pizza delivery boy in Bangalore thanks to a friend who supports him and takes him in, happens to deliver food to Mr. Pillai, the CEO of a major tech firm. When Pillai's company is hacked, Jagadish offers a solution: an anti-hacking program he has been developing on his own. Pillai is impressed and agrees to buy it. As the ancestral home goes up for public auction, Om arrives with all the money he's saved. Jai joins him, contributing his share. They place their bid - but a mysterious higher bidder outbids them. Defeated and heartbroken, they prepare to walk away. But just then, Jagadish walks in, poised and confident. The three brothers embrace, reunited at last. The winning bidder steps forward - and reveals he was representing Mr. Pillai. As it turns out, Jagadish sold his anti-hacking program to Pillai on one condition: the price of the software would be the exact amount needed to reclaim the family home. Overwhelmed, Saraswati watches her sons standing together once more. Her dream is fulfilled - not through money, but through unity, sacrifice, and love Shekhar, present at the auction, watches in silence. For the first time, he concedes defeat without resentment. He turns to Tanya and tells her gently, "I love you." He accepts that Om was right all along: the power of love is stronger than the power of money. The Batras return to their ancestral home - restored, reunited, and renewed. Not just as individuals, but as a family.
