Five years after the revelation of the Khureshi-Ab`Raam nexus, the land in particular and the world, in general, is caught in yet another epoch-defining socio-political storm. God`s Own Country is now a land of dangerous unpredictabilities, with multiple forces trying to impact upon and dictate its political plate tectonics. It has now become infested with power brokers, bureaucratic meddlers and deeply embedded spies in all state institutions. As the events turn from bad to worse, It is time to rekindle memories, revisit the past and reignite old fires. Directed by Fazil, Moss and Cat features an orphan (Dileep) who has a small kid (Niveditha). The two get together and play pranks on others for a livelihood. Somehow, they meet Nandana (Aswathy) who wants to take the child with her to remind her drug-addicted brother about their childhood years and bring him back to his senses.

But Ammalu gets humiliated in the court by the public prosecutor and Harikrishnans withdraw from the case. Unemployed youth Appukuttan (Mohanlal) saves an heiress Chandra (Sukanya) and is mistaken for her husband. About the movie A young couple, Ganga and Nakulan, arrives at the ancestral home called Madampalli of the latter.
