An IAS officer is arrested and taken to an abandoned house for interrogation by the authorities. The tables get turned when she is possessed by a spirit of the haunted house, one which is yearning for revenge.

After spending a night with the heir to a large company, a call girl finds herself in a rivalry with the lady he is compelled to marry.

IAS Chanchala is imprisoned in the Bhaagamathie Bungalow by the CBI officials, who are investigating corruption charges against a politician, for whom she worked. Unknown to the police though, Chanchala has a hidden agenda. Meanwhile, the bungalow has a haunted past and things spiral out of control when Chanchala transforms into the dreaded ghost, Bhaagamathie.

Meanwhile, Teja hits a person while driving the car in a drunken state. However, these three separate stories have a common link.
