A young man attempts to balance a new love interest with the expectations of his friends, who expect him to carry on his rowdy ways.

Tenali Ramakrishna is a small time lawyer who is only interested in making money, and so loses cases on purpose. When he gets involved in a criminal case, he decides that he will win and bring about justice no matter the cost.

The film is a horror comedy where the hero, who is a ghost buster, visits a haunted house to rescue a family and banish the spirit. The rest of the story revolves around the comic sequences and the encounters with the ghost in the house.
