Together, Hanumant Singh & Bunty Bhaiya work for a power hungry politician Rajmani Singh who rules the state using unethical means and will not let anything or anyone come in his way. Produced by Rajshri, the story is slightly different from the marriage movies made under the banner. The characters played by Sonu Sood and Isha Koppikar fall in love with each other. But circumstances compel them to stay away from each other for 12 years. What Ek Vivah. unfolds is how the two meet each other again and get married.

During an outing Dr. Suraj Rihan, who is married to Shivani, is summoned by DCP Gazala Qadri who wants to question him about the sudden death of his girlfriend/singing diva, Kriya Sengupta.
