Walter Vanangamudi (Vishal Krishna) and Kumbudren Saamy (Arya) are half-brothers, who constantly fight and try to outdo each other. Both brothers are pickpockets and get encouragement from their respective mothers. The rest is how the brothers make way through tough times and finally realise their love for each other.

Maathiyosi is about 4 unruly youth whose lives change when a simple girl crosses their path. Introducing 4 newcomers in the cast, this Tamil film is directed by Nanda Periswamy.

The film revolves around Alagar (Nataraj), who takes care of the family's red chilli business. But he spends most of the time with his friends and leads a happy life till he comes across three brothers who control Madurai. He earns the wrath of the evil brothers while trying to save a girl called Thenmozhi (Poongothai). How our one man army successfully defeats the baddies and joins hands with his ladylove.
