Back in 1947, Abbayi garu and Ammayi garu were deeply in love and wanted to get married but Abbayi Garu dies in a fistfight and Ammayi Garu commits suicide. In the present times, they are reborn as Arjun and Akshara and destiny gets them to the place where Abbayi Garu and Ammayi garu died. Will they ever know the past?

Venky aspires to be a famous newsreader like his father. His boss Uday agrees to help him out but on one condition - he must help Uday woo the girl he wants to marry.

The film is a story about two childhood friends Chinni and Chinna. Chinni and her mother are ill-treated by father. They are later thrown out of the house. The shelter-less Chinni and her mother survive. Years later Chinni becomes an established doctor and Chinna becomes a reporter with a leading news channel. Separated by fate the two friends meet once again and fall in love. However, Chinni`s dreaded past comes back to haunt her and so Chinna takes it upon himself help her overcome her fears.

Debutant director Kishore Kumar is also the writer of Koncham Istam Koncham Kashtam that features Siddharth and Tamanna who after a brief hate game fall in love with each other. The bone of contention however is that the girl`s father doesn`t approve of the match. KIKK focuses on relationships in a light but entertaining manner.
