The film opens with terrorist trying to squeeze in unlawful shipments into Chennai shores. What unfolds further is a treat to watch. The scenes between Inspector Garud and Sethu lakshmi is very intriguing especially when Garud harbours the intentions of marrying her. But she being the collector, he needs very strong reason to marry her even against her wish. How he finds that reason where he makes her marry him is shot with laudable craft. What results is a good comic film. All in all a good entertainer.
