Then a rash of kidnappings, of young women, takes place. One male who was traveling in an auto-rickshaw with his sister, saw her being abducted by a male named Auto Kesariya right in front of his eyes. When he goes to the nearby Kala Chowki Police Station, he is asked to make a written complaint. He does so, yet his sister is not located. He persists with his complaint, and then one day disappears from the police station itself. His wife approaches the Courts and asks for their assistance in locating her husband, as she fears that the police themselves are behind his disappearance. The Police Commissioner takes the Governor's permission and has a jailed prisoner, a former Assistant Commissioner of Police, Arjun Verma, reinstated, and assigned to this case. Arjun will get himself deeply involved in this disappearance and the kidnappings and will face the shock and trauma of finding skeletal remains of young women who had been abducted, as well as body parts stolen from innocent hospital patients. Vikram Sehgal (Alok Nath) a renowned businessman has two sons. The legitimate Vishal (Nana Patekar) and the illegitimate Raju (Rishi Kapoor). Vishal's uncle Shrichand (Mohan Joshi) and his friend Arjun Chaudhry murder Vikram Sehgal for his property. But he learns that Vikram had willed his assets to be divided equally among Raju and Vishal. Vishal has to bring Raju back to the house if he wants his share of property. One is Vishal, who lives with him, and the other is Rajesh alias Raju, who works in a garage, and is unaware of his wealthy parent. When Mr. Saigal meets with an accident and dies, his next of kin are summoned, and as a result Raju also gets invited. Both Vishal and Raju travel via the same plane and then by train, and after quite a few misadventures find themselves on the Saigal Estate, both unaware of the fact that they are siblings. Honest Police Inspector Siddhant Suri takes it upon himself to bring to justice the people who are involved in human flesh trading business only to aggravate his fellow colleague inspector Adarsh Vardhan who is corrupt. Adarsh decides to teach Siddhant a lesson by tendering his resignation from the police force only to join politics so that he can contest against Siddhant's father, Shastri who happens to be the Chief Minister of the region. With the help of Shastri's corrupt assistant, Kanhaiyalal Adarsh manages to outwit Shastri and is elected as the next Chief Minister of that region. But Adarsh is still not satisfy humiliating Siddhant and continues to insult him when Siddhant is assign with the task of being the security in-charge of him. Meanwhile Siddhant meets with a blind cabaret dancer, Pooja and both get married. He has raised his son, police inspector Siddhant Suri (Govinda) and daughter Bindiya (Rami Reddy) and second son Nandu (Rajoo Shrestha) in a similar way. But Nandu has fallen into bad company. He is in debt and unable to repay his debt, therefore, he decides to rob, and does so at the house belonging to Pooja (Karisma Kapoor), when Pooja confronts him, he attacks her and as a result Pooja loses her sight. A blind Pooja subsequently weds Siddhant, not knowing that her assailant is her brother-in-law. Shastriji's employee Kanhaiyalal (Kader Khan) is greedy and ambiguous. When Shastriji stands for election, he is opposed strongly by a corrupt and avarious, Adarsh Vardhan (Shakti Kapoor). By hook and crook, Adarsh wins the election, and decides to humiliate the Suri family. He asks that his body-guard be none other Siddhant Suri. Police inspectors Karan and Ali investigate the murder of a colleague, Inspector Rane. Karan takes the responsibility of protecting Anjali, a bar dancer who is a key witness to the crime.

After a security officer's murder, his blind daughter and family face turmoil. A stranger with a criminal past helps them, secretly pursuing his own agenda. The daughter's fiancé is revealed as the killer, complicating matters. Satyaprakash is an honest security officer who works at the docks in a small town in India, and lives with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vishambernath; wife, Janki, a blind daughter, Munni; and an unmarried sister, Juhi. He hopes to make enough money to get Munni's vision back and ensure that Juhi gets married and the rest of the family are looked after well. Before that could happen, he is killed. When the Police come to his house looking for his killer, Janki, unknowingly shields the killer, but when she finds out the truth, she tells them about his location, but the killer flees. This death leaves the family devastated, on the verge of homelessness and ultimate destitution, however, they are saved by the timely intervention of a compassionate young man, Shiva, who assists them financially, gets medical treatment for Munni, and even agrees to find Juhi's elusive boyfriend, Chander, so that they can get married. What the Naths do not know is that Shiva is a killer, who has spent time in juvenile prison for killing his very own mom, and who has a secret and hidden agenda for coming to their aid.
