Isla Nublar is a successful dinosaur theme park, but when geneticists create a genetically modified hybrid dinosaur to boost visitor attendance, it soon runs wild on the island.

A couple with a newborn baby move into a new neighborhood. They face unexpected difficulties following the establishment of a fraternity house in the adjacent residence. An intensive conflict between the two parties ensues.
