Akash, a poet, falls in love with a courtesan when he hears her voice reciting one of his poems. When his father disapproves, Akash moves out of his house to make it on his own.

College student Vijay drives a taxi and saves Anju from attackers. They fall in love at college, while his sister loves wealthy Ashok. After graduation and marriage, job hunting proves difficult. Vijay becomes disabled in an accident. Vijay is a college student who also drives taxi to support his family one night he rescues Anju from her molesters he finds that Anju studies in the same college as him.Vijay's friend Danny also studies in same college tries his luck on lottery tickets,Vijay's sister Asha loves a wealthy Ashok whose ready to give up his fathers wealth for her,while Vijay and Anju to develop feelings for each other.Vijay,Anju and Danny complete their education and start looking for a job but are not lucky. His friend Prakash offers him a place in his factory for a good salary, which Ravi happily accepts. His life seems hunky dory thereafter until he finds out that Prakashâ€TMs fiancé is none other than Sandhya! Will Ravi and Sandhya be able to reignite their childhood love? How will Prakash react when he discovers that his fiancé is in love with his best friend, Ravi?
