Ambika Nair and her brother Mahadevan are business tycoons. Ambika Nair doesn't have a heir and hence her life is at risk. Mahadevan, hires a petty thief Solomon, to acts as Ambika Nair's heir.

On discovering she has terminal stage leukemia, a widow tries to find suitable foster homes for her four children. Johnny (Murali) and Annie (Madhavi) are a married couple with four children. Johnny is a recurrent alcoholic. After an altercation between Johnny and Keshavan (N F Varghese), the latter - who is humiliated in front of his family - decides to take revenge and hurts one of their children. During required blood transfusion it is discovered that Annie's is suffering from a late stage of Leukemia and that she only has a couple of months to live.
