Antony's life embarks on a transformation when Anna enters his life. While he starts enjoying his new life, his enemies return seeking revenge.

The movie revolves around Jayamohan, a business magnate, who leads a hectic life. Things start going topsy-turvy when he gets married to Anjali. He begins facing problems that affect his business as well. Lailaa-o-Lailaa is the second collaboration of the Joshiy-Mohanlal-Amala trio after the success of Run Baby Run. Renowned Bollywood scriptwriter Suresh Nair of Kahaani fame debuts in Malayalam with the film.

The film, which has an intriguing storyline, revolves around two men - Tomy Eeppan Devassy and Sreekumar. Jayaram plays Sreekumar, a character who does all the domestic work of the household. Into this peaceful world enters Tomy (Suresh Gopi) disrupting the domestic bliss and bringing out an unexpected twist. With his arrival everything goes haywire in Sreekumar`s life and he reaches a position where he can no longer be with his family. The film unravels the mysterious past of both the characters finding the cause behind their unusual demeanor.

Run Baby Run features Mohanlal playing the role of a TV news cameraman and Amala Paul plays a senior editor. The film traces their relationship and professional conflicts.

The film is about seven young men, passionate about football - sevens football to be precise - and how they inadvertently get involved in a crime. Sevens is a kind of football played in North malabar and is played by seven players on either side - instead of the traditional 11.

The film is about Palamattathu Varghese Mappila, a wealthy, retired captain of the Indian Army. He has four children, Christy (Mohanlal), Joby (Dileep), Jessy (Lakshmi Gopalaswamy) and Stella (Kanika). Christy is a police informer who is working in Mumbai. His brother Joby goes abroad to study theology, but later opts out of it after he falls in love. Meanwhile, Christy falls in with a dubious crowd in Mumbai. He is disappointed by his sons and so turns his attention to his daughters, hoping that they marry well. There are several twists and turns that the story goes through before it unveils the truth

Mammootty is David John Kottarathil, a rich unrestrained planter, known popularly by the fancy name D K. He always enjoys life and roams around, getting drunk with his friends. He is the caretaker and secretary of the Cosmo Club. His father, John, accidentally kills Eappachayan,the father of Sara Eapen who D K is supposed to marry. The story takes a turn when Annie (Mukta) a medical student and Sara`s half sister who is taken cared of by David, is accused by the police for committing the murder of Benny, an upcoming politician and the son of political king and former Revenue Minister M C Paul (Vijayraghavan). Now David must save her and also reveal the political family leadership pattern prevalent in the state.

Velayudhan is a good hearted drunkard local rowdy that lives in Mullankoli village. Gopinathan tries to ruin his life and does evil things to the village. Velayudhan has to get rid of him.

Ex-don Zakkir Ali Hussein is living peacefully in the suburbs of Kochi and trying to begin a new life. However, due to the evil deeds of two dons and a corrupt politician, he is unable to live peacefully. Zakkir has to take the law into his hands and ultimately finish them off.

Major Ravi Mamman (Mammootty) arrests two LTTE terrorists in Bangalore, who are on a mission to assassinate the Indian prime minister on his visit to the city. On the run, he identifies the government minister K.K.Nair (Janardanan) as the main conspirator behind the assassination plot. Nair anticipates a political coup after the death of the prime minister, through which he hopes to seize power. However, Mamman's attempts foil his ambition. Nair tries to buy out Mamman, who refuses his offers. In an attempt to save himself, Nair shoots Ravi Mamman, but the bullet accidentally hits Susan, Mamman's girlfriend, who dies on the spot. Nair fabricates a criminal case against Ravi Mamman, of killing Susan. Ravi is court-marshalled and sent to jail. Upon release, Ravi leaves to Dubai, where he emerges as a successful businessman in a short time. His business empire is spread all over the Middle-East. He is assisted by Chandran Nair (N. F. Varghese), an over-enthusiastic NRI. Ravi's sudden acquisition of power and influence makes him an enemy of many who are eagerly waiting for a chance to finish him off. Swaminathan (Nedumudi Venu), an accountant and a fatherlike figure for Ravi, is in deep financial trouble. He wins a lawsuit and gains several million Dirhams, but Victor Sebastian (Cochin Haneefa), his cunning attorney, cheats him by conspiring with Kishan Narayan Bhatta (Nirmal Pandey), an underworld don from Mumbai. Victor kills Swaminathan and his wife (Urmila Unni), after forcefully transferring properties to his name. Ammu (Anjala Zaveri), Swaminathan's daughter reaches Dubai from Bangalore for the funeral. Ravi Mamman promises her that he will recover her property. Kishan Narayan Bhatta tries many ways to resist Ravi Mamman. Lieutenant Kiran Pothan Cheriyan (Biju Menon), once a subordinate of Ravi in the Army, is in love with Alice, the sister of Ravi. Ravi Mamman, while coming to know about this relationship, decides to make Kiran a responsible guy and hands over t Major Ravi Mammen who is betrayed in his own country, reaches Dubai where he becomes a business tycoon over a decade. When Antony is finally freed, he reunites with his old gang and they plan to kill Haridas. Antony then discovers that his daughter who he thought had died is actually still alive and was raised by Haridas as one of his daughters. Antony meets his long-lost daughter but Aliyar and gang are not ready to leave Haridas. Antony pleads to the gang to leave Haridas alone but fails to stop them. During the struggle, Antony gets shot by Aliyar and in his defense kills Aliyar. In the climax of the movie, when Rajagopal (Murali), who was a friend of Haridas, is about to tell who is the actual daughter of Antony, he stops him saying that all the three girls are his daughters. —Paramu

Enroute Madras via train, when three friends get falsely accused of a mysterious homicide, they escape and desperately search for the real killer. Abroad the No. 20 Madras Mail to try and meet Mammootty, Tony Kurushingal (Mohanlal), Hitchcock Kanjikuzhyi (Manian Pillai Raju) and Kumbalam Hari (Jagadish), consume alcohol, and Tony flirts with an attractive female passenger, Devi Nair (Suchitra). He wants to sit next to her, but the passenger occupying that seat, as well as her father, R.K. Nair, objects, leading to a physical altercation, which results in Tony being asked to return to his seat. After a scheduled stop, the train resumes, and Mr. Nair finds his daughter's dead body in the toilet. Chandran (Mammootty) is a truck driver and Ravi (Mukesh), the cleaner of the truck. Chandran is very affectionate towards Ravi, for whom, Chandran is like an elder brother. Chandran spends most of his leisure time in booze and women, while Ravi is busy in saving all the money, as he has got a family. One day, Ravi gets a letter from Remani (Jalaja), his wife saying that there is festival in the village temple set to happen for the coming Friday and she requested him to be there. Excited Ravi sets out to his home with all the cash he has saved as he has plans to build a house and to be there for at least two months. But on his way back home, he was killed in an accident. Chandran arrives at the village of Ravi, with his dead body. He finds out the miserable condition of his family and decides to stay for a few days to financially assist Remani and help her fulfill Ravi's dream house. But during his stay, he gets involved in several social issues. He slowly joins the job of ferrying sand under Kochu Varkey, a rich businessman of the area. But, with time, he enrages Kochu Varkey (Prathapachandran) and his son Sunnykkutty (Vijayaraghavan), invites animosity from them. Rajamma (Seema), a bold and independent lady who makes a living by running a tea stall falls in love with Chandran, but certain unexpected incidents happen in the life of Chandran that turns everything upside down.
