Aami is a biopic based on the life of the renowned poet and author Kamala Das, who was fondly referred by her pet name Aami. The movie starring Manju Warrier in the titular role also features Tovino Thomas and Anoop Menon in prominent roles.

Almost all the characters in `Vasool Raja `constantly think about money and are greedy for it. This has been depicted comically, Navadeep essays the role of a thief and Srihari plays the role of a cop. The relation between the two of them forms the film`s plot. The film also stars Rithu Barmecha and Karthikeya Gopalakrihna has directed it. Batthula Rathanpaandu and Mahankali Divakar have produced it under the BM Studios banner. Ramaswamy has written the film`s dialogues and Chinni Charan has composed the music for `Vasool Raja`.

A rich landlord and his servant bond well irrespective of their status. When the landlord wife is murdered, the servant decides to take the blame on himself to save landlord family prestige.
