A village protests against a rich industrialist`s plans to install a copper plant. When their leader dies, the industrialist sends a look-alike to take the leader`s place and further his plan.

After falling off the radar for a few years, Maari is back in the fray doing what he does best: taking trouble by the horns and being a total badass. This time around, he is facing off against a formidable opponent named Beeja, who would stop at nothing until he sees Maari's downfall.

Sketch, a young man from north Madras is the trusted henchman of a local loan shark. Entrusted with the duty of seizing vehicles from the defaulters, Sketch does a commendable job. All goes well for him and his friends until he unwittingly seizes a local gang lord's prized possession, a vintage Fiat and pays the price for it.

Balaji Mohan directs this rollicking entertainer about Maari, the big gun in the hood. He`s got the style, looks & attitude and he is taking everyone in his stride.
