An anthology film that takes you through three different eras in the history of Kerala with three different stories.

Based on real-life incidents, 100 Degree Celsius revolves around the lives of 5 women. A housewife, a banker, an IT professional, a TV reporter and a college student.The movie takes a turn when the lives of all the 5 women turn upside down. How they try to deal with the problems is a must watch.

Shaji Kailas`s `Ginger` is a humorous tale, set against the backdrop of a village, enroots a road trip. Two scheming thieves Vivekanandan and Najeeb Kecheri plans to rob Harinarayanan and his wife Devika`s house, but in a quirk of fate, becomes a part of their life. Meanwhile, when moneylender Edamuttam Pappachen asks them to do something special for him, the story takes another turn.

Manthrikan depicts an unemployed man who`s trying to get rid of an evil spirit. This comic thriller stars Jayaram as the leading actor with actress Poonam Bajwa opposite him. The film`s supporting cast includes Riyaz Khan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Sukanya, Natasha, Anil Murali, Priya, Mukta and Saddiq. Anand Kumar has produced the film under the banner of Yes Cinema Company and SRT Films. The film`s screenplay has been written by Rajan Kiriyathu while S.Balakrishnan has composed its music score.

This Malayalam film is based on street children`s lives. The film aims to increase awareness about the living and working conditions of street children. The film, directed by Jose Maveily depicts the story of how a child escapes from the begging mafia and becomes a district collector. Tini Tom plays Muthukrishan, essays the role of the street boy as an adult. Salim Kumar, Kaviyoor Ponnama, journalist Leela Menon, former minister Jose Thetayil, Beeman Raghu, captain Raju and Urmila Unni are some of th important characters in this film. Beema Pally A.M. Ali has scripted the film, Dr C.V. Ranjith is the film`s director while Maankombu Gopalakrishnan and Rafeeq Ahammed have penned the lyrics.

Ashok Raj (Dileep) is a lawyer, whose interest lies in reviving a defunct drama troupe called Bharatha Kalakshetram, which used to be run by his family. His elder brother Babu Raj (Biju Menon), who runs a company, is now in a financial mess. Balasubrahmanyam (Bhagyaraj) is a bank officer who has come to initiate legal proceedings against Babu Raj to get him to repay the loan that he had taken to start his venture. As it turns out, Balasubrahmanyam is now separated from his wife Raja Mallika (Khushboo), who lives with her daughter Raja Lakshmi (Sanusha) and her mother Raja Kokila (Sheela), the owner of Raja`s group of companies. The trio believe that a woman can survive easily, without the help of a man. The entry of Ashok Raj into their lives forces them to rethink about their opinion.

The film opens with a mother and son coming to Hardwar to perform last rites of her elder son who had run away from home and is believed to have died. But the mother sees her long lost son on the banks of River Ganga and takes him back to the family. He is Bharath Pisharody a brilliant Sanskrit professor who is respected and loved by everyone including his cousin and lover Meera. But on his day of marriage he runs away leaving behind a heart-broken Meera and her father. Now Pisharody is different man and his family and friends believes that he is on drugs. But actually, the man is mentally disturbed as he suffers from deep depression. Soon his brother discover papers relating to his treatment for mental illness from his locked suitcase. Now everyone starts seeing him in a different way, which leads to the final twist. How Meera helps him come out of this difficult situation in life forms the rest of the gripping tale. —Anonymous

The doctor declares him sane. But society doesn't agree. Helpless, Balan plays mad. Ultimately, Balan's mother (Kaviyoor Ponnamma) poisons him to free him from the world. Apart from the main story line the movie also makes a subtle sketch of the life of people in a matriarchal society. The uncle of the hero ( Ammmavan played by Thilakan) enjoys so much influence in the family affairs that he becomes a catalyst to the hero's slow but steady decline to lunacy.

Poignant story about the tumultuous affair between a student and his college lecturer.

A young woman, forced into prostitution by circumstances, is surrounded by admirers and even inspires the kind of love that is completely unconditional. Raji loses her parents early in life leaving the responsibility of bringing up her younger brother Sudhakaran (Master Raghu) on her shoulders. Circumstances force her to a life of a sex worker. She begins living with a slum dweller (Meena) with a cycle-rickshaw driver Damu (Kutiravattom Pappu) working as her 'agent.' Babu who stayed in a nearby hostel takes a fancy to Raji and she begins to visit him almost regularly. Babu's friend Jayan, a drunkard, attempts to approach Raji but is prevented by Babu. News spreads about Babu's relationship with Raji. Sudhakaran is a regular visitor to his teacher Chandran's room. One day a beggar steals Chandran's wrist watch through an open window. Sudhakaran is arrested by the police. He is beaten up by the cops. Sudhakaran dies after his release from police custody. The real thief is arrested and Chandran repents for what he had done. But Raji refuses to pardon him and rejects the support offered by him. Karunakaran (Bahadur) decides to conduct the marriage of his son Babu with Radha (Usha Rani), daughter of Damodaran (Sankaradi) and brother of his wife Lakshmi (Kaviyoor Ponnamma). Karunakaran, accompanied by Damodaran and Radha, reach Babu's hostel and are shocked to see Raji in his room. They came to know about Babu's relations with Raji. Radha gets married to another man. Jayan dies of liver related complications. On his death bed he advises Babu not to abandon Raji whose love for him is pure, though 'impure' in the eyes of the society. Raji gets gang raped but Chandran's timely help saves her life. Lakshmi comes to the town to meet Babu and Raji. She takes pity on Raji when she comes to know about her past and the circumstances that led her to become a sex worker. Lakshmi accepts her as her daughter-in-law and takes her home.

Savithrikkutty, eldest daughter of an aged poor Nambuthiri Brahmin is married off to an aged widower (a priest) of the same caste. The new family where she is received comprises two other members, Appu (the man's son who is just a boy) and Amminiyamma. Amminiyamma's son is working in a distant place. Until Savithri's arrival she was the sole helper of the widower. The age disparity between the man and Savithri causes their sexual life to be without colors. The man soon engages himself in temple matters and the woman, finding no better way to kill her time plays with the man's kid and does her chores without charm. One day a young man named Aravindan comes to his ancestral house in the village. On his way he meets aged people who stare at him as if they never have seen a young man lately. His uncle, Kizhakkethil Raman Menon receives him cordially who reminisces his (Menon's) valiant efforts at a time when his elders would frown upon education, to send his sister, Aravindan's mother, to her studies in the city. However we come to know that city culture has destroyed her soft sides and that she now lives an unorganized life of an addict to intoxicants. Meanwhile, Appu, the boy-child of the priest, easily makes friends with his new wife Savithri. Appu's strange behaviors and restlessness, though he is just a boy compels us to wonder if he really is the priest's son. Amminiyamma's comments regarding the boy's behavior, though not seriously strengthens the doubt. Strong child-mother affection develops between Appu and his stepmother Savithri. On some day, at a ritual performance, Aravindan and Savithri encounters each other for the first time. Aravindan, basically of a wandering nature does nothing significant after his arrival to the village. He then meets Savithri and their relationship develops sooner as the two can easily associate with one another's sorry lives.
