House Full revolves around two friends Diganth and Parameshi who are struggling actors. Parameshi is married to Neetu, a struggling actor herself. Diganth is in love with a girl named Aishu. When Dignath's grandfather asks him to settle down, Dignath lies that he is married to Aishu. Confusion ensues when Diganth's deputy Pani Puri mails Neetu's picture to the grandfather instead of Aishu's photo.

Shanti Priya finds herself homeless when her roommate Gayatri`s boyfriend moves in with her. She gets dumped on the same day by her boyfriend who is attracted to Gayatri. Confusion ensues as more characters are brought in with Shanti Priya`s quest to find a place to stay.

Kiran's character is a rich spoilt brat who is smitten by a music student (Suhasi). A diary, supposedly written by her, falls into his hands, and reading the contents makes him want her all the more. Writer Preetham Gubbi's direction and catchy music make the love drama something to look forward to.
