Vroom is the story of Smarty, a naughty car with a mind of its own. The story follows a scientist, Dr Ramanujam, who is working on a secret Artificial Intelligence chip which an evil goon, Mr X wishes to acquire. He sends his henchmen to steal the chip, but Dr Ramanujam manages to escape with it and puts it in a car, which has a mind of its own and plays tricks on his new owner and the people around him.

In this comedy drama, when two villages fight over the right to host a religious fair, they conduct a race to make a decision. But both sides are willing to do anything to win.

In a religious fair, two individuals from the villages Hyalagaad and Tyalagaad, run a race and even kill for winning the hosting rights of the fair. After getting their Mumbai-based underworld boss, Ramdas Mali, is arrested for attempting to abduct Mumbai's DCP Madhav Sakharkhande, Mohan, Siddhu, and their 3 slacker buddies. He is unable to pay rent to their landlord, Shiva Kanhole, and decides to take to crime after watching 'Dhoom', and 'Hera Pheri'. Both capers comically fail, and the duo end up stealing a car, which stalls just about 100 kilometers from Sholapur. At the same time, his look alike, having a very limited vocabulary, also lands up in the same village. What follows is a marvellous comedy of errors, funny one liners and mindless comedy. The film has two catchy songs and both are hit all over Maharashtra. The film revolves around a comedy of errors between two rival villages, 'Hyalagaad' and 'Tyaalagaad'. The rivalry escalates during a religious fair where individuals from each village compete for hosting rights. Monya (Bharat Jadhav), aiming to get rich with his six friends, arrives in the village, coinciding with the appearance of his look-alike. The result is a hilarious series of mishaps, witty one-liners, and mindless comedy.
