The film is about a common man who decides to abolish corruption altogether in the society at various levels. Fifteen Tahsildars are found missing, and the police find that fourteen of them have been released after three days, but one of them has been killed. They find some files and a tape along with the body of the dead Tahsildar. These files carry details of why the kidnapping of the Tahsildars had been done and the reason for the murder of one of them, and have the words A.C.F. written on it. It is understood by the police that these men were the Tahsildars who had indulged themselves in bribery and that they were the top 15 of the list of the corrupt Tahsildars. The A.C.F. sends the tape, with the message that they shall continue the kidnap of the corrupt officers in all the departments and that the No. 1 corrupt shall be sentenced to death according to the law of the Anti Corruption Force. The A.C.F. similarly kidnaps officials from PWD and police department and kills the top corrupt official. There is fear among the corrupt officials. They come forward to file their returns. For a while there are no illegal transactions done, but the corruption soon continues in the society due to the threatening of the local mob to sign illegal documents and accept bribes. Meanwhile, the A.C.F. finds that it is Badrinarayana who is the real reason behind this corruption scenario. Then the kidnapping continues. The case is investigated by group of several old-aged senior level officials who are very slow-moving in their progress. However, Suryam, an IPS-passed guy who is working as a constable (as unable to pay the bribe to get the officer-level job), takes up the case in order to get promotion in the department and moves ahead of those officials in a short time, taking a medical leave. He investigates the case starting with finding of the non-corrupt official in every government office, assuming that official would have collected the information of other corrupt officers and passed it to A.C.F.. He tries to figure out what is the common thing which unites them under one roof. He gradually finds out that they are alumni of National College and working for the A.C.F. under their professor and the leader of the A.C.F., Professor Tagore. Tagore is a simple man who leads a simple life during the daytime along with his adopted kids from different cultures (one is a Muslim, one is an American, and two of the kids are Hindu, etc.). He looks like a timid character, but brave in terms of his actions and he loved by all his peers. Tagore once takes one of his kids to the hospital for treating an injury and finds that the hospital is a place full of corruption who play with the lives of people for the sake of money. Tagore decides to expose the truth and catches them red-handed by faking a dead body as a patient. The hospital, unaware of his plans, continue their treatment even though they know that the person is dead and demand thousands of money for treatment. Tagore produces the documents and receipts related to their fake treatment and gets the hospital sealed by the government. The hospital dean is arrested, but he commits suicide. Badrinarayana, the dean's father, is enraged by this and attempts to take revenge on Tagore. He finds Tagore in the CCTV camera and is shocked as according to him he was dead several years ago. Tagore is a happy professor who lives with his wife Nandini, who is expecting a second child and son. On a Deepavali day, when the whole apartment is celebrating the festival, the entire building collapses due to some fault in the construction of a nearby highway, and many of the residents (including Tagore's uncle, Nandini and Tagore's son) lose their lives. Tagore rushes to the government officials, and he learns that all this was due to Badrinarayana, the owner of a construction company and builder of that highway. Tagore finds that the highway was constructed on loose soil by which the contractions caused to collapse was very well known to him. Badrinarayana and his men thrash Tagore, but Tagore escapes from them. The incidents that he faced at the office and seeing corrupt puppets in the hands of Badrinarayana, he becomes frustrated and he forms the A.C.F. (Anti Corruption Force) to fight against corruption. He also kidnaps Badrinarayana and keeps him under his custody. The constable finally finds out the people working for A.C.F. are the ex-students, and the police force captures all of them. Police men torture them to open the identity of their leader; however, they refuse to do so. Tagore, on seeing his students suffer after Badrinarayana escapes from their custody and kills them, surrenders to the Police and requests the Police to release his students. The rising support for Tagore makes the Chief Minister to meet him for higher appeal. Tagore refuses to appeal as he wants to stress the concept in the minds of everyone that if we make mistakes, we will be punished, and he himself doesn't want to violate it as he did a crime of killing four people. Tagore gives a speech in the court explaining what a student power the country has, but corruption is what is letting it down, also revealing that how he killed Badrinarayana and his brother at the gallows section in the jail. In the end, Tagore is given a normal punishment of five years and is to be released by then.

She tells Vasundhara that Surya Murthy played a villain role in their life and he was instrumental in her husband dying after prolonged boozing due to the compounding problems. She also tells that after her husband's demise, Surya Murthy forcibly took away her daughter Rani. After learning of her elder sister's flashback, Vasundhara decides to take revenge by marrying Surya Murthy and then slowly destroy the entire family. She accepts the proposal of Satya to marry his brother Surya Murthy. Then they start doing a drama by making Vasundhara stay in the village of Satya and creating situations where Vasundhara saves Rani from the perils. After the repetitive requests from his family members and Rani, Surya Murthy marries Vasundhara. The first step of Vasundhara after marriage was to postpone the first night by 22 days by bribing the priest. Then she transfers the money and jewelry to his sister's house with the help of a petty thief. But that thief runs away without giving jewelry to her sister and gets caught by the police. Meantime, Satya realizes the intentions of his sister-in-law Vasundhara and explains her the flashback of Rani and tells her that it was Bhavani who was a characterless lady. By the time Vasundhara realizes the fault in her, the thief was presented in the house of Surya Murthy and was interrogated as to who gave him jewelry. To save his sister-in-law, Satya behaves in a strange manner and tells Surya Murthy that he wants his partnership in the property. He says that he stole the jewelry and wants the thief to sell it so he can start his software business. With that incident, the brothers split. The rest of the film is about how the brothers get united and decimate the villain gang.

Two ill-behaved children are orphaned in an accident and are forced to live with their estranged grandfather, a hard-boiled veteran. Their relationship is strained at first, but over time they warm up to each other.

In 1947 when the British finally left India, they stole a shipload of gold, diamonds, jewelry, and artifacts. Unfortunately, the ship sank, and attempts to recover the wealth has been in vain so far. Wealthy Motichand decides to consult a woman named Bhairavi with occult powers, and she informs him that the treasure can only be recovered with the help of a mermaid. Using her powers she locates the mermaid (Shilpa Shetty) and forces her to come ashore. The mermaid is rescued by local fisherman Raviraj (Venkatesh) and his crew, and he lets her stay until she recovers. She is incapable of human speech, and mimics everyone around her, so therefore everyone thinks she is insane. Raviraj decides to call her Sona. Bhairavi locates Sona, but must first overcome Raviraj and his crew. She schemes with Ganga (Malashri), who is in love with Raviraj and feels threatened by Raviraj's attentions to Sona, and will do anything, including kill, to have Raviraj for herself. State of being childless haunts Sriram (Venkatesh) and Sita (Soundarya), a couple with trustworthy characters. After Sriram's desperate father (Kota Srinivasa Rao) pursues him and Sita to visit a doctor for the child, they reluctantly visit Dr. Amaram (AVS). Shockingly, Sriram perceives that Sita is childless but lies to the latter and his father that he has shortcomings rather. Eventually, Sriram's father discovers the truth and asks him to marry for a second time. To escape temporarily, Sriram decides to marry once he returns after his business trip from Nepal to which Sriram's father agrees and the whole scenario is kept unaware to Sita. In Nepal, Sriram comes across Manisha (Vineetha) and due to the mistake of his friend Giri (Brahmanandam), Sriram ends up getting married to her. After learning that Sriram is married, Manisha becomes sad but comes to terms with it and lies to the monks of her religion that she left her husband and he has no-fault. As per traditions, Manisha is to be punished by shaving her head and she had to leave the rest of her life as a widow while Sriram is asked to leave the place. However, he learns about Manisha's impending punishment, regrets it, and realizes that she truly loves him. He accepts her and returns to India in hope of telling his father, the truth but to his surprise, Sriram's father changes his mind as he realized that no one could fulfill the role of daughter-in-law as Sita has been doing and they hide the truth. After three months, Sriram learns that Manisha is pregnant with his child and brings her to India to stay in Giri's house. She gives birth to a boy but Sriram and Manisha mutually decide to lie that the boy is an orphan so that he could be adopted by Sriram and Sita and raised with all the riches. After Sita adopts Manisha's son, Manisha leaves the place in sorrow without informing Sriram. As the infant grows to be a child, Sriram's father learns of Manisha and brings her to India. He pursues Sriram to give her a good life and live together happily with Sita and Manisha but Sriram is skeptical. Due to a series of events, Manisha ends up being employed as a maid in Sita and Sriram's home and Sita assumes that Manisha's husband eloped. Envying Manisha's growing closeness to Sriram, his father, and the child, Sita decides to get her married off but Sriram chases the groom out of the house during a formal meeting and the truth comes out. Though Giri explains the situation, Sita feels deceived and repeatedly accuses Sriram and Manisha. Enraged, Sriram's father reveals that Sriram has no shortcomings and she is infertile instead and also reveals that the child is Manisha's son, whom she sacrificed for Sita. Sita realizes her mistake and stops Manisha from leaving the house, who reluctantly accepts after her son addresses her as a mother. Giri and Sriram's father happily welcomes the trio home.

On the other hand, Geetha goes into a coma, and Chakravarthy takes her to America for the cure, where the other twin, Ravi Varma is brought up. He returns to India as a rock star to give performances. He is received by Chakravarthy's friend, who wishes to marry his daughter Manga to him, but Manga is in love with Deva. At the airport, Ravi Varma falls for Ooha, the daughter of Akkamamba, who is organizing his programs. Simhachalam, Akkamamba's brother, also wishes to marry Ooha. Meanwhile, at home, Manga advances with Ravi, thinking he is Deva. One day in a restaurant, they see each other and find that they are identical, which leads to humorous misunderstandings. Meanwhile, Deva's sister Kasthuri witnesses a ruthless don and flutist Mitra, the son of Misra, who murdered an inspector on the road for refusing to stay corrupt and providing evidence against him in court. Enraged, Mitra attempts to rape her, and Deva fights with him, so Mitra wants to take revenge against Deva. He sends his henchman as the groom to Kasthuri, but Deva breaks up the plan and makes his sister's marriage to another man. Deva obtains all pieces of evidence detailing Mitra's crimes and gets him jailed. Later, the court decides on the death sentence for Mitra. As months pass, Kasthuri becomes pregnant and is admitted to the hospital for delivery. Deva asks Ravi to stay at the hospital as he is going in search of money. Ravi visits his father Chakravarthy. At the same time, Mitra escapes from jail, comes to the hospital to kidnap Kasthuri, recognizes Chakravarthy as the one who killed his father, and also gets to know that Deva is his son. Mitra blackmails Deva to get Chakravarthy to release Kasthuri. Deva, who does not know that Chakravarthy is his father, goes to his house where Geetha also comes out from the coma by Deva's touch and he discovers that they are his parents. Finally, Deva and Ravi join, protect their father and sister, and bring Mitra to justice. The story ends with the duo marrying their respective love interests.
