Kotono Mitsuishi

A spy infiltrated the Japanese National Police Agency, retrieving secret files of Britain's MI6, Germany's BND and America's CIA and FBI. Rei Furuya and a group of Tokyo Police PSB intercepted the spy during the getaway, and just before the major car accident, FBI Agent Shuichi Akai sniped and crashed the spy's vehicle. The next day, at the aquarium in Tokyo with the Ferris wheel, Conan and the Detective Boys found a woman with heterochromia iris who suffered memory loss and had a broken cell phone. Having decided to stay and help the woman regain her memory, Conan and the Detective Boys are under the watchful eye of Vermouth.

The story is a alternate ending of the final two episodes of Neon Genesis Evangelion tv series. It follows Shinji and Auska trying to prevent the occurance of Third Impact. Shinji still haunted in the death of Karou Nageisa is pressured in piloting Evangelion Unit-01; where Shinji is in the process of deciding whether or not humanity should continue to exist. While, Seele launches a dreadful attack on Nerv itself and given orders to kill all Nerv personal and aquring Eva-02 and Eva-01 in their hands. Their reason is to prevent Gendo Ikari to use Adam and Lilith to start third impact and gather his true intentions.

A recap of the first 24 episodes of Neon Genesis Evangelion, followed by a 30-minute continuation of the plot that would later form the first third of The End of Evangelion. The Evangelion saga from TV is artfully recounted, with some additional scenes, in part one see: "Shin Seiki Evangelion" (1995) Part two starts immediately afterward, where the NERV organization has outlived its usefulness. The shadowy covenant of SEELE launches an all-out commando assault against the ill-defended headquarters. Asuka, semi-comatose, is placed in her EVA for safety, while Misato and company struggle to find Shinji and Rei before they're assasinated by SEELE's forces. —SpaceToast
