Krishnan, a young boy, anonymously tries to help the girl he fancies find her missing pair of slipper and in the process helps rescue her father from the militants.

Murugesan, also known as Kangaroo, is fiercely protective of his sister Azhagu, who is the target of the local pimp Ticket's unwanted advances. Suspicion grows as every man Azhagu agrees to marry dies under seemingly natural circumstances, leading to a chilling investigation.

Directed by Manivannan, the film is a sequel to `Amaithi Padai` which is till date considered one of the best political films Kollywood has churned out. `Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA` stars Sathyaraj and Seeman in leading roles. Some of the film`s supporting actors include Mrudala, Komal Sharma and Varsha. Manivannan and Raghu Manivannan.
