Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, a lockdown is in place. Kaveh, a ghostwriter, wants to take advantage of this opportunity, but with his wife, Samaneh, around, this task proves more challenging than anticipated.

Simha is an action-packed family drama with Nandamuri Balakrishna, Nayantara, Namitha and Sneha Ullal in the lead roles. Srimannarayana (Nandamuri Bala Krishna) is a professor who cannot tolerate social injustice. Janaki (Sneha Ullal), his student has a mysterious past and is harrased by a bunch of goons. The movie serves as an absolute treat for lovers of psychological thrillers and Rajnikanth fans.

The blame for this murders goes to Rajkumar's mother (K. R. Vijaya), who is actually Ragupathy's mother. Realising all this Ragupathy takes an oath no matter what happens he will not let any harm come to Rajkumar. As these attempts are being made, can Ragupathy thwart them all?

Per Sollum Pillai has Kamal Haasan, Ramu as an orphan, who is adopted by a wealthy family. He gets adopted into the family when he saves the entire family from being deliberately poisoned by a miscreant. Rajalakshmi, the mother of the family, raises him as one of the family even though others outside the family see him as a servant. Ramu helps to run the family smoothly and looks after his step-parents, brothers and sisters like his own. Kamal intervenes whenever his step-brothers attempt to commit mischief in the family and thwarts all their plans. He tries to advise them to be resourceful but they hate him for that. A smuggler becomes an enemy to the family when Ramu intervenes and stop in getting his step sister married to the smugglers son. The smuggler kills Rajalakshmi in a climax scene and Kamal tries to save the others. Years later, Rau believes his daughter is a reincarnation of his step mother and lives happily ever after. The story is based on Indian historical events during the 16th century. It narrates the victory of Viswanatha Nayak on his father to express his devotion towards Srikrishnadevaraya. Viswanatha Nayak (Krishna) is the son of Nagama Nayak (Sivaji Ganesan), a successful General of Srikrishnadevaraya (Krishnam Raju) of the Vijayanagara Empire. Chola King Veerasekhara Chola invades the Madurai Kingdom and deposes the Pandya King Chandrasekhara Pandyan who was under the protection of Srikrishnadevaraya. Due to this, an enraged Srikrishnadevaraya sends Nagama Nayak to aid Chandrasekhara Pandyan. Nagama Nayak suppresses Veerasekhara Chola and takes Madurai, but then suddenly he calls off his allegiance and declining to help Chandrasekhara Pandyan usurps the throne. Whether the ploy succeeds and the kid joins her foster parent is the climax.
