Kreshna

After falling off the radar for a few years, Maari is back in the fray doing what he does best: taking trouble by the horns and being a total badass. This time around, he is facing off against a formidable opponent named Beeja, who would stop at nothing until he sees Maari's downfall.

The films open with the marriage of a young couple, Krishna (Krishna) and Krishnavemi (Vijayalaksmi). The couple however, is charged with more than love to their account. Various criminal charges have a group of policemen chasing them, lead by Stanley Deva Sahayam (Kalyan). When the couple gets cornered by the police, Ramanathan (Sampath Raj) comes to their rescue and takes them to a safe location. As luck would have it, Ramanathan turns out to be a local policeman, authorised to catch the two. He interrogates them at a secret location where the story begins to unfold in flashback mode.
