Deva Daasu is an action comedy which revolves around two men with contrasting personalities - a don named Deva and a doctor named Daasu. The film is directed by Sriram Aditya, and features Nagarjuna and Nani in the titular roles.

A staid doctor's monotonous routine is shaken up when a gangster who is on the run decides to hide from the police in his clinic.

The story revolves around five youngsters, who help a London-based filmmaker to shoot a documentary on the Indian revolutionaries during the freedom struggle. Their involvement in the whole process unwittingly evokes patriotism in them, leading to their political awakening.
