Wild Bill and Cannonball arrive looking for the killer of Cannonball's father only to become involved in a family feud. A man has been charged with kidnaping the girl he plans to marry. So this time Bill turns into a defense lawyer and among the opposition is the killer he is looking for. Bill Lowry returns just as his father is killed. He suspects Ballard and in the guise of the Durango Kid, starts robbing him. He gives the money to the burned out homesteaders but Ballard catches Nancy with the money. Ballard suspects Lowry is the Kid and tells him he has retrieved the money. When Von Helsing tells him about Dracula, Jeffrey believes that he is obsessed with the vampire and promises to help him. During the night, he goes to a party where he meets the Hungarian Countess and he tells his theories about the vampire blood thirsty that he believes is an obsession. A gang of blackmailers sends a cripple to San Francisco to expose a banker they have been blackmailing. However, the cripple meets and falls in love with the banker's daughter.
