This story follows a young Kashmiri boy Noor, his muse Firdaus and a mercurial Begum, through love lost and realized over the course of two generations. Thirteen-year-old Noor, an impressionable shikara boy living by the piers of Kashmir`s Dal Lake, is lured into the world of the Begum - the wealthiest woman in town. Young Noor falls in love with the Begum`s daughter, Firdaus - a beautiful child who has been raised to break hearts. Suffering from a broken heart herself, the Begum finds her mark in Noor. Noor begins to obsess over Firdaus, someone who belongs to a world completely different from his. Seasons change and Noor leaves his hometown to move to the city of Delhi to build his career as an artist. He strives to be accepted into the sophisticated social circles that Firdaus is a part of in a quest to win her love, while the Begum plots retribution on their young and innocent love.

Chalo Dilli revolves around two people from two completely different worlds. What can happen when a la-di-dah woman is suddenly thrown into the company of this middle-class Delhi saree seller? The film showcases India, through the relationship of this mismatched couple and ends with a surprise twist.

This film is a zany comedy of errors. A filthy rich businessman (Govinda) married to a beautiful and sophisticated woman (Sushmita Sen) tries to hide his extramarital affair with a supermodel (Lara Dutta). To save his skin, he bribes his friend, a waiter (Ritesh Deshmukh) into pretending to be the supermodel`s boyfriend. What follows is a series of mistaken identities and misunderstandings, culminating in one mammoth laugh riot.

Partner is the story of `love guru` Prem (Salman Khan) who enables many hopeless men to woo women who they could only dream of getting. But the love guru makes this dream only a step away in reality. His most hopeless student Bhaskar who has fallen head over heels for Priya Jai Singh (Katrina Kaif), one of the most beautiful woman around. The date doctor comes to rescue by covering up the mess ups Bhaskar can create. Prem guarantees 100% success in all his projects, but when he falls in love with hard exterior journalist Naina (Lara Dutta), he does everything wrong that can be done and now he himself needs a Partner in his quest for love. Partner is an adaptation of the Will Smith starrer Hitch. It guarantees brilliant comedy combo Salman and Govinda, along with beautiful and tall ladies, Katrina and Lara in a typical brainless and comedy flick by the King himself David Dhawan.

Bunty and Babla want to play the lead in their theatre`s play. When their behaviour makes the female lead quit, they get tasked with finding another but end up getting in trouble.

Kishen (Anil Kapoor) has a suspicious-minded wife, Kaajal (Lara Dutta), who thinks he is always having an affair with another woman, even though he is extremely faithful to her and wouldn`t dream of betraying her in any way. Prem (Salman Khan) has the opposite situation. He is married to Pooja (Esha Deol), who seems to be very trusting, even though he has been having several affairs with numerous gorgeous women. There is also Kishen`s friend Shekhar (Fardeen Khan), who accidentally falls in love with Sanjana (Celina Jaitley) and marries her. Then Bobby (Bipasha Basu), a call girl, enters the story. When Kishen takes pictures of Prem and his girlfriend, and threatens to send them to his wife, Prem hires Bobby to seduce Kishen. The plan is that Kishen will fall in love with her, and Prem wants to see if Kishen can hide the relationship. Then the lies start happening, as Kaajal thinks Bobby is Shekhar`s wife, and Sanjana thinks Bobby is Kishen`s wife. It becomes a bundle of confusion and comedy when all the various people and couples start meeting.

Baba Sikander and his brothers, Aftab and Sameer. are demanding money from wealthy businessmen and when their victims refuse to pay, they are killed. One of them is Kantilal Shah, whose adopted son Karan convinces him not to give to the extortionist`s demands, but five days later, he is found dead. Will Karan be able to avenge his father?

Two British nationals (who were tiger experts investigating the large scale poaching of tigers in Indian National Parks) are killed by a ferocious tiger in Corbett National Park in India. This incident is followed by several other tiger attacks, and many deaths result, prompting National Geographic to send a correspondent, Krish Thapar (John Abraham) to the national park and ascertain what really happened. Thapar is accompanied by his wife Riya (Esha Deol). Bashir Khan (Parmeet Sethi) is the forest officer suspected of facilitating poaching in all National Parks that he is assigned to. A group of youngsters, consisting of Dev Malhotra (Vivek Oberoi), his girlfriend Ishika (Lara Dutta), Sajid (Kushal Punjabi) and Vishal (Vishal Malhotra), are on a hunting trip in the hopes of sighting and shooting some big prey. The youngsters' car breaks down (After Dev hits a black cat which Ishika considers very very bad luck). Bagga (Vineet Sharma), a passing by driver, gives them a lift to the farmhouse they were heading towards. Bagga convinces the group to head towards the Orbit National Park for some big game hunting. Bagga tells them that venturing into the core area of the jungle is prohibited and is very dangerous. Bagga's car accidentally hits Krish's, which also breaks down and is at the middle of the road. The two groups decide to travel together in Bagga's car, leaving a mechanic repairing Krish's car. Just a few seconds they set off, the mechanic disappears, and they believe a tiger just took him away and decide not to risk their lives to look for him. Bagga finds them a place to stay -- a guesthouse owned by Pandey (Daya Shankar Pandey). Pandey is a guide who agrees to lead them the next day to the core area, where tigers live, for hunting. Pandey disappears the very night and his body is found in the wild the next day by Bashir Khan, with his head chopped off. Krish starts to be suspicious about the real cause of the recent rising deaths in the jungle, as he is an animal expert and recognizes Pandey is not killed by a tiger or any animal. Warned by Bashir Khan and scared, the group decide to leave the jungle. Before they depart, they find Sajid missing, again not by an animal. Dev, close friend to Sajid, assumes the latter is going to the core area alone for hunting. However, the group decide to leave without Sajid. Expectedly, Sajid joins the series of mystery deaths and is found with his head chopped off. The rest are soon confronted by three tigers on the way. Kaali Pratap Singh (Ajay Devgan), who claims to live in the jungle, saves them from the upcoming tiger attack. On their continued way out of the jungle, they find the road is blocked by rocks due to the landslide caused by rain. Kaali shows up again and agrees to lead them out of the jungle. On the way the car has a minor accident when Bagga cant take his foot off the gas pedal. The group is forced to take a break while Bagga repairs the vehicle. Kaali appears to be very knowledgeable about the jungle. Krish, who is now more curious about the mysterious deaths, asks him if he knows what's behind those deaths. Kaali answers that there was a mad guide in this jungle, who always led tourists to wrong places to make them killed by animals (he did this as he didn't like the exploitation of animals and forests by humans and wanted humans to learn a lesson). Angry villagers later found about it and beat him to death. But his spirit -- the ghost -- remains in the jungle and keeps killing tourists. But none of them believe Kaali's story. Bagga later disappears when repairing his car, rising the fear among the rest. Vishal is also killed by their car explosion a few moments later (the group tries to cross a small wooden bridge to get to the other side, but the car gets stuck and leaks gasoline. Vishal acts weird and refuses to get out of the car and is blown away when a stray cigarette that he threw in the water, ignites the fuel). The rest carry on and reach a deserted guesthouse in the evening, outside which there is a well. All go to sleep after being warned by Kaali not to get close to the well. Riya wakes up thirsty in the night. She decides to get water from the well despite Kaali's warning, and is later accidentally hung by her foot in the well and dies. The rest figure out Riya's death and try to pull out her body, while Dev suddenly realizes that Kaali does not have a reflection in well's water. He also sees that Kaali is not visible in any of the videos that had been recorded by Vishal so far. He realizes that the story Kaali told them is true and he is the ghost referred in the story. Dev makes an excuse to push Kaali off and convinces the others that Kaali is a ghost. They decide to escape from Kaali. They encounter several accidents on their way out of the jungle, apparently arranged by Kaali, but finally manage to escape. Krish now knows what's behind those mysterious deaths but he is not going to tell anyone because no one is going to believe him. Meanwhile in the jungle, Kaali keeps killing tourists.

Avinash Malhotra (Bobby Deol) is married to Sanjana (Lara Dutta). One night Sanjana is murdered, and Avinash is arrested for the murder of his wife. An astrologer forecasts that wealthy industrialist Avinash Malhotra will find his soul-mate on new years' eve. Avinash disbelieves this, but does attend the party and he meets his dream-girl and soul-mate, Sanjana, and both in love with each other. They get married and settle down in a harmonious lifestyle. Shortly after this, Avinash notices very odd behavior on her part, as she leaves the house at very odd hours, and when he is not present, lies to him about where she has been, and does not answer the phone. He follows her. He finds out that she has a secret male lover. When he confronts her, an argument ensues, and Avinash drinks himself to sleep. The next morning he is woken up by Police Inspector Vishnu Patnaik, arrested and charged with killing Sanjana. On being questioned, Avinash admits that they did have an argument, but he does not remember anything thereafter as he had too much alcohol. Avinash's advocate friend, Rohit, does not think that he is a killer and is on the verge of proving it in court, when a man claiming to be Sanjana's maternal uncle, Chamanlal, gives evidence that he had seen Sanjana being killed at the hands of her husband, and that her body is buried in the backyard. The police locate the body, identify it as that of Sanjana, and the court sentences Avinash with the death penalty. While being transported to jail, Avinash manages to escape in order to try and find out who killed his wife, and who framed him. He attends a party on new-year's eve and gets to meet beautiful Sanjana; the next day he decides to employ her as his secretary. Working with each other both Avinash and Sanjana started to fall in love and decided to get married. Shortly after Avinash finds that Sanjana is not the same person; as she frequently makes excuses about her where-about, when confronted lie to him and does not answer her phone. Avinash decides to pay keener interest to her and finds out that she has a male lover; when confronted an argument unfolds forcing Avinash to get violent and Sanjana to lock herself up in a room for safety. Avinash then consume an unreasonable amount of alcohol which leads him into a deep sleep. The next morning Avinash finds himself handcuffed for the murder of Sanjana. The case is called up in court with Avinash's close friend Rohit as his defense lawyer who also gives him the assurance not to worry. Rohit is on the vogue of winning the case when a man named Chamanlal enters claiming that he is Sanjana's maternal uncle and providing evidence which leads the court to a rotten half decompose dead body. Amjad (Akshay Kumar) is an auto rickshaw driver, who is searching for his long lost brother Munna, and Avinash ( Tusshar Kapoor) wants to be a star in the Bollywood industry. Amjad wants to marry his lover Heena (Esha Deol) . But her parents want her to marry a rich man. So Amjad plans to win her parents' trust by a fake drama with Avinash and his friend to act as fake goons and they involve Rathod to arrest and win Heena's heart. The plan goes wrong as real goons appear but Amjad fights them leading Heena's parents agreeing to marry her to Amjad. Meanwhile, Inspector Ajit Rathod (Ajay Devgan) is on a mission to eliminate a notorious terrorist Azhar Khan (Rahul Dev) who killed his wife and the latter is underground from the eyes of the law and is planning to destroy Mumbai in order to release Masood, who was arrested by Ajit. Avinash, who is on the other hand, loses his job as an extra in films after an argument with an egoistic actor. A newcomer Indu (Laila) is helped by Avinash to enter the industry and soon both fall in love with each other not knowing that she had been subjected to a compromise with the producer Agarwal. Hopeless, Avinash decides to be an auto-rickshaw driver but Indu apologies and encourages Avinash to be a good actor. Soon, Avinash and Indu's luck turns when the filmmaker casts them as leads in his next film after being impressed on their acting skills. Meghna (Lara Dutta) a news reporter develops a liking towards Rathod, but the latter is still traumatized and angered by his wife's death. Azhar returns home after the exile, but seeking the same motive of destruction: planning a bomb blast on train with passengers. He kills Rathod's friend, Inspector Deepak and is on the loose. Rathod learns that Azhar is none other than Amjad's younger brother, Munna, and arrests Amjad and beats him up. A am Azhar calls Rathod at the Bandra Terminus where he has kept passengers as hostages. He asks to make a deal to release Masood and Amjad and demands a helicopter for escaping to Pakistan. Rathod goes according to the plan and reaches the station where a horrified Amjad learns that his brother is a terrorist. Amjad pleads Azhar to leave the innocent people but the latter denies by naming his actions as jihad. A fight ensues during an explosion at the station which kills Azhar's men. Just when Azhar and Masood try to attack Rathod and Amjad where he shoots Masood. Azhar tries to kill Meghna and is killed by Amjad to save her. Rathod condoles Amjad to which he refuses and disowns Azhar instead, stating that any person who kills innocent people in the name of religion should be gunned down and considers Avinash as his brother. At the end, Rathod, Amjad and Avinash return from the ambush.

Siddharth has suffered at the hands of corrupt lawyers and decides to kill all lawyers who help criminals evade the law. He doesn't even refrain from going against a lawyer who turns out to be family. Siddharth lives a middle-classed lifestyle in India along with his dad, retired Justice Shravan Mathur, mom, Laxmi, and sister, Shweta. His dad has been assigned the task to investigate the collapse of a school-building which killed 20 children. The building contractor attempts to bribe Shravan to no avail. When he molests Shweta, Siddharth beats him up, gets arrested, is tried in Court, and sentenced to jail. In jail he is told that his father and mother have been killed by thieves abroad a train headed to Mumbai, and Shweta is missing. After his discharge he attempts in vain to locate Shweta. He takes up employment with a five star hotel, romances the owner's daughter, and decides to kill defense lawyers. He successfully kills advocates Brahmanandan, Jankiram, and scares off Karuna Sagar who was ready to represent a male who had sexually molested a woman named Gayetri. While the accused has no one to represent him in Court, a Delhi-based Supreme Court lawyer, Ashok Mehta, agrees to represent him despite of threats from Siddharth, who is determined to kill him at any cost little knowing that his past will not only re-visit him, but a witness, Major Vishwanath, will come forward, ready to identify him as the killer of Advocate Jankiram. —rAjOo (gunwanti@hotmail.com)

After separating from the love of his life, Kajal, Raj moves to Cape Town, only to cross paths with her again.

Dina Nath is honored by the Indian Government, which is televised live. While receiving the honors, Dina Nath informs the Government that his village is still without electricity, and he is promised that electricity will be provided in his village immediately. And electricity is provided in the village. Dina Nath's son, Kanji, who is in Mumbai, hears of this and returns to the village along with a C-Band ten foot satellite dish and a super flat stereo television. When the satellite is set-up, the villagers are thrilled by the TV shows. This leads to the village priest complaining to Chotey Thakur Rudra Pratap Singh that the villagers are turning away from his temple and worship. Rudra is not concerned as he himself has a TV set in his home.
