An aghoori is on a hunt for a snake couple; in the greed for a `mani` he kills one of the snakes. The love between the two snakes is eternal and therefore the `icchadhaari nagin` returns to revenge the death of her husband.

Chander joins the army as a Commando but has to deal with the corrupt officials who deal with international criminals. Chander's mother becomes insane when his father Satish is killed by three criminal's Marcelloni,Ninja and Mirza while protecting the prime minister.Chander is then bought up by Inspector General and trains to become a Commando.Chander's chief officer turns out to be Mirza who supplying the company arms illegally to Marcelloni and Ninja.Kailishpuri the owner is noted by Chander who disbelieves him.But his daughter Asha who loves him believes in Chander.Chander has befriended fellow officer Dilher Singh,and Jhum Jhum intelligence officer along with Asha try to expose the wrong doings.Chander also finds that Marcelloni,Ninja and Mirza are the three man who killed his father. —alex.mjacko@gmail.com Satish wants his only son, Chander, to be physically fit and join the army. Chander attempts to bring this to the attention of the owner of the arms depot, Kailashpuri Malhotra, who disbelieves him. But Mr. Malhotra's daughter, Asha believes him, as well as loves him, and she along with Jhum Jhum, and Dilher Singh try to expose what's going on. Ganga is symbolically portrayed as the "pure" Ganga river, but her journey is fraught with exploitation, corruption, and tragedy. The film contrasts Ganga`s purity with the dirty waters of the River Ganga, metaphorically suggesting that society often taints what it considers pure.
