The film`s story revolves around an NRI character who shifted base to Germany after he got married to a nurse.But he is sent back to Kottayam by the German Malayalees for a task that he must accomplish.

Mumbai Police narrates the story of three close friends: City Police Commissioner Faran, Mattancherry Assistant Commissioner Aryan John Jacob and Ernakulam Assistant Commissioner Antony Moses. These police officers are a cause of nightmare to the mafia and the underworld of Kochi city. The media calls these fearless and efficient officers Mumbai Police because even though they are in Kochi, they all have some sort of connection with Mumbai.

The movie, Red Wine` means ``this is my blood``. The film tells the story of true friendship, love, social commitment and sacrifice. `Red Wine` revolves around the lives of three characters, two of whom are close companions. Even though they come from different circumstances they share common ideologies which is why they are so close..The story takes a turn when a total stranger enters their lives.

Shankaran (Jayasurya), the elder brother and a middle-aged school teacher, dies of a snake bite leaving behind his very young wife Rajalakshmi (Meera Nandan). He has not had enough time to be with his wife, so he starts stalking his younger brother Mohanakrishnan (also played by Jayasurya), who is a fashion photographer, and asks him to convey his feelings to his wife and let her know that he is still around. Initially Mohanan is scared out of his wits by the experience, even seeking the help of a psychiatrist and the village exorcist. Then, slowly, the dynamics of their relationship begin to unravel. Mohanan is separated from his wife Jyotsna Mathew (Rima Kallingal), a former model and a struggling actress. As the plot progresses, it reveals that Shankaran was opposed to the inter-religious marriage and that Mohanan's own possessiveness and hypocrisy played a part in the break-up. Shankaran appears in twenty different avatars before his brother to urge him to talk to Rajalakshmi.

Jai Bolo Telangana depicts how Telangana region was being neglected on all fronts and the ongoing movement for statehood. The film aims to sensitise the people of Telangana who strongly desire a separate state.

Prabha (Aadhi) whiles away his time with his friends and directs no attention towards the family, or academics, and is subjected to the family`s ridicule for the same reason. He is always compared to his younger brother, who has a well established job in a television channel. Finally, driven over the wall by the overt comparison, he picks up a fight against his brother. It appears that his brother dies because of this fight. However, from here, Prabhu`s life takes an unprecedented turn and he ends up finding the real culprits of his brother`s death.

Raghu (Kunchacko Boban) has had it up to his neck with his lazy dad (Innocent) who is the village postman who refuses to go to work. When he misses his PSC hall ticket on account of his dad's lethargy, Raghu decides that enough is enough and threatens to go his separate way. It is then that he comes across a tale buried somewhere in his dad's past, of Yasin Mubarak, a wildlife photographer and a bunch of letters addressed to the man who had disappeared.

Kichu, a sweet little chocolate boy, has to face Sudhi, the villainous boy of the college. Kichu is unwilling to get into fights, and taking the advantage of that, Sudhi beats him up on accounts of suspicion of the girl he likes being attracted to Kichu. Kichu is seriously wounded after this fight, but fortunately or unfortunately, he gets a flashback phenomena which makes him aggressive and hostile. Kichu returns to the college and then teaches Sudhi and his people the lesson.

It is a story of Mulla, the son of a sex worker who lives in criminals` colony. The plot of the film revolves round the romance between Lachchi, hailing from a lower middle class background, and Mulla. On one side of the criminals` colony is a meter gauge railway track. Mulla, meets Lachchi regularly, in a train passing through by. The story is narrated through the memories of Lachchi while she travels in a train is a beautiful way to portray her feelings with the wind blowing in her hair. Do they meet again or does Mulla perish in her memory is to look-out for.
