"Audrys" is a documentary about a cardinal with an extraordinary life story. He was born in independent Lithuania, to a family of diplomats. When he was two years old, his family was forced to leave the country because of the Soviet occupation. His values were shaped in France, in a free Europe where he spent his childhood and youth, and where he chose the path of a clergyman. He studied in Rome, worked in the Vatican, had a close friendship with Pope John Paul II, went on missions in different countries on different continents - all of it gave him unique experience and perception of the world. Nevertheless, he has never lost his love for the homeland too. He could return to Lithuania only after many years, when he was appointed Archbishop of Vilnius. However, challenges and difficulties awaited him in his fatherland: the Soviet society and the church which was separated from the outer world did not easily accept the visions and dreams of Audrys Juozas Backis, who was unaffected by the Soviet era: a free person, different than others and therefore often misunderstood. A man whose mission was to fundamentally change the Church in Lithuania in the upcoming new post-Soviet times. After gaining authority in Lithuania, he did not lose it in the West either: he is always welcomed as a spiritual leader in Paris and Rome, participates in the consistencies of cardinals, elections of a new Pope and, according to some sources, even was a candidate himself.

In Search of... Zombies is the third in a series of videos based on the '70s TV show hosted by Leonard Nimoy investigating supernatural and paranormal phenomena. The show was revived in 2010 by the artist Matthew Day Jackson. In Search of... Zombies was filmed in New York and across the American West, from Las Vegas to the Minuteman Missile National Historic Site in South Dakota, in the summer of 2011. The episode focuses on the ubiquitous contemporary figure of the zombie. Zombies are everywhere, or so it seems, and the program tries to figure out why, as well as propose alternate or expanded ways in which we might think about them. The classic zombies are all considered, but so are some less traditional models. Archival footage from a wide array of sources is mixed with contemporary travelogue as the narrator wends his way across the American West. The episode features interviews with ethnobotanist Wade Davis, author of The Serpent and the Rainbow, and artist Adam Helms. —David Tompkins

Floyd begs, Louis consents but won't fly, so they leave L.A. in Floyd's flashy Cadillac with five days to get to New York. New York City bus driver Ralph Kramden (Cedric the Entertainer) and his feisty wife Alice (Gabrielle Union) struggle to make ends meet. Despite Ralph's many get-rich-quick schemes (the Y2K survival kit, the pet cactus, the Velcro fanny pack, the Mets merchandise on discount), they've managed to save some money. Along with their best friends Ed (Mike Epps) and Trixie Norton (Regina Hall), they almost have enough money for a down payment on a duplex in Brooklyn. Alice & Trixie work as waitress at a local diner. Ed is a sewer department employee. The duplex belongs to Miss Benvenutti (Alice Drummond) who is an old woman and is moving out of New York as she can't handle the winters anymore. They have two weeks to come up with the rest of the money or it well be sold to a developer William Davies (Eric Stoltz). the couples have 10k in their accounts and need $20k to make the down-payment in 2 weeks. Alice decides to ask her mother (Carol Woods) for the rest of the money they need for the down payment. Ed is working the sewers one night and finds an abandoned shed with an exquisite, high class, preserved train car sitting right there. He tells Ralph that the city is going to auction the train car. Ralph has the brain wave to modify the train car and use it to give tours of New York city to tourists. Ralph and Ed decide to buy a train found below the streets of New York they end up spending most of the money ($ 3000) Ralph and Alice have saved. Ed shuts out another buyer from the auction, who was very interested in the train. Lenny (Lenny Venito) is a mechanic and tells the guys that the train car is in good shape, but it is sitting 60 feet below street levels. Once they find out how much money it is going to take to get the train out Ralph and Ed decide on a new plan to get the money back. but none of their schemes (begging, looking for coins, asking for donations dressed as the Brooklyn youth club, hip hop dancing in the streets) are big enough to earn cash that fast. Ralph and Ed had found a greyhound dog in the dumpster and decide to race the dog (after Ralph sees the dog run very fast in the park). The duo approaches the track owner Kirby (Jon Polito) who says that the weekend is the anniversary derby of the track with a prize purse of $20,000. Kirby agrees to give a time trial to Ralph and Ed's dog. He suggests that they approach Dodge (John Leguizamo), to train the dog. Dodge charges them $500 and only agrees to train the dog at night. Ralph makes a story to Alice about a job at a lodge to get out of the house at night and to go with Ed to train the dog with Dodge. Dodge has to train the dog to start running when the cages open. Despite mind tricks and all sorts the cajoling, the dog still won't budge from his starting position. Eventually the dog only chases the blue ball that Ed plays with him with on their outings to the park. Using the ball, Ralph and Ed make the dog qualify for the race in front of Kirby. Dodge gets them the paperwork for the dog for $600. Meanwhile Alice's mom gives her a check for $10K. she thinks that they already have $10K in their accounts, and that together is their deposit. But when she finds that her account is empty, she is mad at Ralph and decides to leave him. When William (who has private investigators trying to find out where the remaining $10K is coming from, as he knows that Ralph and Ed have nothing in their bank accounts) finds out they are going to make the money that way he pays off Kirby to not let the dog race. Ralph makes a speech about the down and out dumpster dog & so that gets the dog back into the race. Ed pulls out the dog's blue colored ball (with which he plays in the park) while he is in the race that could win the money and distracts the dog, and he loses. Ralph yells at Ed, which upsets Alice when she is already mad at him for spending all of their money. Ralph is by the train he had bought (burning all of his previous business invention prototypes) when he finds the card of the other man that wanted to buy the train. Ralph decides to sell the train (for $20 K) to get the money back for the duplex. Once he gets the money, he makes up with Ed and they get to the seller in time to buy the place (before it's sold to the developer). When they are all sitting down in the back yard eating, the dog brings the paper and on the front is the train Ralph sold that was in turn sold for one million dollars.

After escaping from the Racoon City Medical Facility, Alice looks for answers to the T-Virus, all while trying to find a way to escape the ruined city with fellow survivors.

The Fighting Temptations is a musical, a comedy, and a love story all in one. Cuba Gooding Jr. plays Darrin Hill, an advertising junior executive who is trying to make it big in New York City and a corner office. He finally makes a big ad pitch and is on his way up the corporate ladder; unfortunately, he is fired for misrepresenting his Yale education. He receives a letter informing him that his Aunt Sally has died in his hometown of Monte Carlo, Georgia. Since he is unemployed and broke, he takes a train back home to attend her funeral. As Sally's only living relative, Darrin receives an inheritance of stock worth $150,000. However, to get the money, Darrin must fulfill her last wish, which is to form a gospel choir for the Beulah Baptist Church and take it to the annual Gospel Explosion competition. Darrin tells the preacher that he is a music producer in New York City, and he can build a great choir. There is only one problem, everybody who comes in for auditions are really bad singers. Darrin needs a miracle if he has any chance at all. Then Darrin finds Lilly, played by Beyonce Knowles, who is a beautiful nightclub singer with the voice of an angel. He finds other singers at the barbershop and the prison. After putting together a beautiful sounding choir, Darrin is now ready for the competition. The cast is loaded with singing stars such as: Shirley Caesar, Faith Evans, Angie Stone, Melba Moore, Ann Nesby, The O'Jays, Montell Jordan, T-Bone, Zane, and many others. The movie begins when a robber, disguised as Santa Claus, breaks into Craig and Day-Day's house at 3:37 AM on Christmas Eve. Craig fights with the robber, trashing their apartment while making frantic, futile attempts to wake Day-Day. The robber escapes with Craig and Day-Day's Christmas presents and rent money. The same morning, the police come over to get a report. After the police leave, Mrs. Pearly comes in and says that if the two do not pay their rent money by the end of the day, she will evict them. Furthermore, she promises to send her homosexual ex-convict son, Damon (who just got out of prison after 12 years), after them if they do not pay in a timely manner. The same day, Craig and Day-Day get jobs as "Top Flight Security Guards" from Moly, the property manager and owner of a notoriously squalid doughnut shop and the shopping center that they are assigned to patrol. Later that day, they meet Donna and Money Mike, who run a fledgling shop called 'Pimps and Hoes'. The shopping center is also the home of a BBQ rib restaurant called 'Bros. BBQ', owned by the cousins' fathers, Willie and Elroy. A couple of baseheads try to rob Money Mike's store, but Craig and Day-Day catch them both. Mike offers them a cash reward, but Craig refuses it and instead invites him to his Christmas party. Willie and Elroy are having trouble with some of the children. When one of them kicks Elroy, he retaliates by taking out a belt and starts a series of beatings on the kids. Then, shortly after Moly gives Craig and Day-Day a lunch break, a gang of thugs (supposedly the grandsons of some of the carolers that were chased off by Day-Day for loitering in front of the corner store) chase after Craig and Day-Day. After failing to catch them, the gang members proceed to beat up Moly for supposedly hiding them, resulting in Craig and Day-Day (who witnessed the entire ordeal) throwing away their uniforms and quitting after witnessing what happened to Moly, and this causes Moly to "fire" them on-the-spot (due to Moly accusing them of lazing around and allowing him to be beaten, even though they were just given a lunch break). As revenge, Willie rats Moly out to the Department of Health. Later that night, Craig and Day-Day throw a rent party to recoup their stolen rent money and stay in their apartment. While Money Mike is in the bathroom, Damon appears and attempts to sexually assault him, but fails when Money Mike crunches his testicles with pliers. Damon then proceeds to chase Money Mike when he tries to run away. Also Mrs. Pearly comes on to Willie when he uses her bathroom, causing Craig's mother, Betty, to come in and attack her when she catches the two. Craig and Day-Day see the robber and give chase, running into other obstacles (including a psychotic but comedic old man armed with a double-barreled shotgun, played by Epps) and are ultimately successful. The robber eventually gets run over by Pinky's limousine. The movie ends with Craig and Day-Day retrieving their stolen rent money and Christmas presents and tying the robber up on his roof. During the credits, it is revealed that Craig and Donna hooked up after Craig returned, Damon is still chasing Money Mike throughout the neighborhood, and that Ms. Pearly tried to stop the party by calling the police, but they left after receiving marijuana as a bribe.

After the events of Friday (1995), that are summarized by Craig, his father Willie decides it would be safer for Craig to move to Rancho Cucamonga and live with his uncle Elroy and cousin Day-Day, who had won the lottery and were able to afford a nice house in a middle class neighborhood. Elroy spends his days consuming large amounts of marijuana and making sex tapes with his wife, Auntie Suga while Day-Day works at a record store and tries to avoid his pregnant ex-girlfriend D'Wana and her violent sister Baby D. Day-Day shows Craig around the house and neighborhood, introducing him to his neighbor Mrs. Ho-Kym. While there, they witness another neighbor family, Jokerand his two brothers, return home in their lowrider. Day-Day explains to Craig that actually after winning the lottery, all of the taxes and fees that were taken out only left them with enough to buy their house and car. However, a letter carrier delivers a delinquency notice that their house could be repossessed, but Day-Day is running late for work and unable to bring it to his dad's attention first. Craig joins his aunt and uncle for a joint which is strong enough to make him pass out, and he later goes to visit Day-Day at work. While there, Day-Day finds D'Wana vandalizing his car with Baby D for the second time that day, and attempts to confront them, only to be physically attacked by Baby D. Pinky arrives at the store finding that it has been locked up while Day-Day and his friend/coworker Roach are in the back. After an armed scuffle with Craig in which Pinky mistook him for a robber, Craig gains the upper hand and holds Pinky's gun on him, attempting to explain that he's Day-Day's cousin. When Day-Day returns and confirms this, Pinky fires both him and Roach. Craig, Day-Day and Roach then try to figure out how to resolve the delinquency issue so they can keep their house. Craig remembers seeing one of the Joker brothers carrying a hydraulic pump from their car inside, suspecting that they may be hiding cash inside. Craig convinces Day-Day and Roach to help him get inside the Joker's house and see what's inside the pump. The trio drug the Joker's guard dog Chico with an edible Roach had given them, rendering the dog unconscious. Craig then sneaks into the Joker's house while the three brothers are partying with girls they brought home. Craig locates the pump and confirms that drug cash is hidden inside. Narrowly avoiding detection by Baby Joker, he slips into Karla's room where he flirts with her before escaping out of her upstairs window. Meanwhile, concerned that Craig is taking too long, Day-Day and Roach knock on the Joker's front door, which is answered by all three brothers armed with handguns and an assault rifle. The brothers take Day-Day and Roach hostage while trying to figure out what happened to their money. After learning that Craig could be in trouble, Willie returns to the neighborhood at the same time Deebo and his fellow prison inmate and younger brother Tyrone arrive, the latter two having been tracking Craig down all day after they escaped from prison so Deebo could have revenge on Craig. Willie teams up with Elroy, and the two incapacitate two of the Joker brothers and Craig is able to free Day-Day and Roach. Soon after, the police arrive and arrest all three Joker brothers on drug charges and re-arrest Deebo and Tyrone for their prison break. Craig hands the cash from the pump over to Day-Day and his uncle so they can pay off their debt and keep their house, then Craig returns home with his dad, having learned the suburbs aren't any safer than the hood.
