A man is framed in a murder case and has to prove his innocence against a prosecutor who is trying his best to prove him guilty.

Mental Madilo is the story of Aravind Krishna and Swetcha who have completely opposite personalities. Whilst, Aravind is always confused about the daily things he does in life; right from picking the clothes to wear to choosing his life partner, Swetcha is a clearheaded and confident woman. As the two meet and fall in love, life goes on smoothly, until Aravind has to go Mumbai where he faces many problems. What happens in Mumbai and how he tackles the problems, forms the crux.

Charismatic and ambitious, Balu's sole preoccupation in life is to make some big money. His obsession with making a fortune soon lands him in trouble, as he finds himself at cross purposes with a powerful family from Rayalaseema. The events that unfold from this point forms the crux of Balakrishnudu, which stars Nara Rohit and Regina Cassandra in lead roles.
