Circumstances lead Sardar Bhupinder Singh Randhawa to marry twice, and two boys are born - Jaswant Singh Randhawa (Jimmy Sheirgill) and Gurbaaz Singh Randhawa (Dev Kharoud). With agriculture controlling the economy of the state, the Punjabi farmer class, known as `Jatts`, have had only one thing on their minds when it comes to prosperity - the land. And they can go to any extent for that even to the extent of shedding their own brothers` blood. That is what this film is all about. It highlights the various bloodbaths in many family feuds. The word `Shareek` may refer to `sharing` in a dictionary, but in Punjab it has always been opposite to it. As time flies, one doesn`t even notice that how and when brothers become enemies. Brothers are brothers and their children become cousins. But for the feudal society of Punjab, the word `cousins`, fighting over land, stands for `shareeks` and `shareeks` stand for `enemies`. Just for the ownership of a piece of a land, the cousins would wage a ruthless war between themselves. For centuries, this phenomenon has taken its toll and it has never stopped. The film `Shareek`, with all the emotion, romance, thrill and action; addresses this menace strongly, although in the undercurrent. With the protagonist Jassa and Dara the antagonist, the story aims at asking our society, ``Why, when and how we can stop our race from killing each other just for a piece of land which would not belong to us after the last breath deceives us?``

After `Dharti` (2011) and `Taur Mittran Di` (2012), this film is the third production of Jimmy Sheirgill Productions. `Rangeelay` is a Navaniat Singh directorial film, featuring Jimmy Sheirgill & Neha Dhupia in leading roles. The film is produced by Sunil Lulla & Jimmy Sheirgill & releases in theatres on 17th May, 2013. Rangeelay is a musical romance, scripted by Dheeraj Ratan, the director of `Saadi Love Story`.

`Singh vs Kaur` is the story of a boy from a small town and how he achieves his ambitions. This Punjabi rom-com stars Gippy Grewal, Surveen Chawla, Binnu Dhillon, Japji Khaira and B N Sharma in leading roles. The film has been directed by Navaniat Singh and written by Dheeraj Rattan, Amberdeep Singh. It has been produced by Amberdeep Singh.

`Taur Mittran Di` is an upcoming Punjabi Film starring Amrinder Gill, Rannvijay Singha, Surveen Chawla and Amita Pathak. It brings back Jimmy Sheirgill and Navaniat Singh together again but this time as a producer and director.

A fun loving and adventurous Punjabi bloke (Jimmy Shergill) falls in love with a traditional girl (Kulraj Randhawa). Both come from a different background, with conflicting cultures. However, when the two get together they forget their differences and head the way of most couples in love, when the unexpected happens. Directed by Navnait Singh, the movie also features Anupam Kher, Raj Babbar and Archana Puran Singh.
