The movie narrates a story of a common man who is trying to buy a house in Mumbai. The story is a situational comedy wherein there are no actual jokes but the situations lend to the humor.

Shanti Priya finds herself homeless when her roommate Gayatri`s boyfriend moves in with her. She gets dumped on the same day by her boyfriend who is attracted to Gayatri. Confusion ensues as more characters are brought in with Shanti Priya`s quest to find a place to stay.
