Elizabeth's uncle is in deep financial crisis. He somehow manages to prove his own death and cremate someone else's body in order to claim Rs.250,000 (a huge amount during 60s) from the insurance company. Inspector Ajay unfolds the mystery. —Vinod Arya A wealthy Elizabeth Dsouza (Liz) lives as paying guest with sisters Lucy and Suzy.Her only relative is her uncle Dsouza,She is frustrated with him as he doesn't give her money to spend.Liz is in love with DSP Ajay and one fine day she calls him and tells about death of her uncle and asks his help.When Ajay reaches her place Liz is unconscious and only member in house is a Doctor who asks Ajay to go to nearby Church and meet Father Gonsalves for funeral proceedings.Few days later a man arrives at police station to complain about his missing son Ramesh and to the shock of Ajay his photo resembles Dsouza.Ajay realizes that he has buried a wrong person and goes to meet father Gonsalves who tells him that he was a temporary priest at the Church and does not know more about Dsouza.The case becomes more complicated when he finds Dsouza body is missing from grave and father Gonsalves gets kidnapped.This leads all of suspicions to Liz who wanted only money from her uncle. —alex.mjacko@gmail.com While on routine patrol duty in his jeep, D.S.P. Ajay comes across a vehicle that was driving over the speed limit, he chases it and forces it to a stop. The driver identifies herself as Elizabeth D'Silve, and both fall in love with each other. A few days later Ajay gets a phone call from her, asking him to come to her house as her uncle, S.J. D'Silva is seriously ill. When Ajay reaches there it is too late and he is pronounced dead. Subsequently, Ajay goes to the nearby Church to arrange for a priest, Gonsalves, pall-bearers, so that her uncle can be buried. Then a few days later, a man approaches the police asking for assistance in locating his missing son, Prakash. When told about this, Ajay looks at Prakash's photo and is shocked to see that it is none other than Mr. D'Silva. Ajay decides to investigate this matter thoroughly, and even places Elizabeth under suspicion. D'Silva's coffin is dug up, and is found empty. Then a male named Ramesh is knifed to death; followed by the strangulation of his wife, Maya; Ajay finds out that Father Gonsalves has been abducted and Elizabeth was seen driving away from Ramesh's house shortly after his death.
