Enna Satham Indha Neram Aththi tells the story of quadruplets who lose their way inside a zoo. It also highlights the exploration of modern parenting. The film has entered the Limca Book of Records for being the ``first ever film in the world arena, to cast quadruplets - four children born of the same pregnancy - in the same plot``.

The film`s story revolves around Karthi and his lust for biriyani. Karthi`s obession for biriyani leads to a fatal night which turns his life upside down. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the film stars Karthi and Hansika Motwani in the lead.
