`Poppins` is an upcoming Malayalam film directed by V. K. Prakash. It stars ten leading actors as five couples. The film is an adaptation of the Sahitya Akademi award-winning play `8 Natakangal` by Jayaprakash Kuloor. The story centers around man-woman relationships which are weaved into a single story, encapsulating the struggles of a filmmaker, exploring different facets of the institution called marriage.

Nayika is the story of Gracy, who was a leading star until she suddenly disappeared from the silver screen. Now, Aleena has come to make a documentary on her life. Aleena unravels the mystery surrounding Gracy`s life and her sudden disappearance from the silver screen.

Ajayan (Mohanlal) has worked in the Gulf and also in Chennai, before returning to his home in Palakkad where his mom Ammukkutty Amma (Sheela ) lives. He is a likeable chronic bachelor, who often boasts about his past escapades with women to some of his gullible friends. The whole story takes a different turn with the entry of Karthik (Rahul Pillai), a teenager who has come from Chennai, claiming that he is Ajayans son. The boy soon becomes close to Ammukkutty Amma, though Ajayan is desperately trying to prove that Karthik is not his son.

Quiche Lorraine and Crepe Suzette are two adult women who delight in committing petty crimes. When those crimes don't get them the media attention they want, they plot to kidnap Natasha Helmsley, a spoiled heiress to a steamed crab company fortune, Meanwhile, three friends in their late teens, Vince, Valerie, and Vera aimlessly hang out in and around Baltimore, lightly trying to make sense of their various problems. As the film progresses, the two stories begin to gently overlap, ultimately making the film a daffy farce with a wry smile.

Shankar is an honest and efficient police officer. Shanthi is a humanist doctor. They have a love marriage but soon realize that their ways of thinking are very different. Agni Sreedhar weaves the story marvellously, touching upon issues of state sponsored religious riots, terrorism and the purity of human relationships which goes beyond all boundaries.

This film revolves around the couple who despite establishing a well settled career in corporate carry a altruistic attitude and share antithetic thinking. But what leads to a twist in the film is when they face problems and difficulties in their village.

Pazhassi Raja is a movie about an epic battle between the protagonist Pazhassi raja and the British armed forces. Even before the Sepoy Mutiny of 1857 was organized, Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja of the Padinjare Kovilakom of the Kottayam family was irked by the unpopular revenue policy used by English East India Company in Malabar. They threatened to cut down all the pepper wines if the company stuck to collecting revenue. A determined attempt but in vain, was made by the British to capture the Pazhassi Raja in April 1976. Subsequently a proclaimation was forwarded for banning people from extending their cooperation to Raja by snatching away their properties if they went against their orders. In January 1797 the Rajas men launched an attack on the security personnel posted at Pazhassi. In an intense battle fought over duration of over three days, Rajas men used swords, spears, bows and arrows, as their means of resorting to violent means in an attempt to overpower British forces. For time being Britishers had to call for temporary halt. But when occupying forces broke the terms of the truce, Raja revolted again but this time Britishers gained control over almost entire south. The Raja then fled with his wife in jungles. In 1804 the Rajas properties were seized and a reward was declared on his head. Towards the end of 1805, Raja was surrounded and shot dead by the side of a stream.

Set in the 18th century, this historical drama portrays the life of Pazhassi Raja, a Hindu king, and his valiant fight against the British.

Three generations of men stay together in a prestigious Nair family. Narayanan Nair (Jagathy Sreekumar) is the head, followed by his son, Madhavan (Murali) and grandson, Hari. Hari (Prithviraj Sukumaran) has always been very close to his father. But, one day, they have a difference of opinion and Hari leaves for Chennai, not to return for a long time. The software engineer meets Pooja (Padmapriya) and the two fall in love. After two long years, Hari goes home to meet his parents. Pooja follows him and her arrival creates quite an upheaval in the family. But her presence goes a long way in patching up the relationship between father and son.

He dreams of reviving the eyesight of his daughter, Malli. He does all he can to make his dream come true. Poonkodi, who makes a living by begging in the streets. Murugan's life takes a new turn when Poonkodi enters his life.

The story revolves around Veerabhadran, a wealthy and strong man and his fight against enemies.

The story of how a un-educated man Rajamanikyam, abandoned as a child, unites his step-father with the latter's children who are greedy for his wealth and possessions. Set in a village near the Tamil Nadu-Kerala border, Bellary Raja is a successful cattle dealer. Bellary Raja or Rajamanikyam who is blind in one eye after an unfortunate incident has a fixation with sunglasses. Bellary Raja was disowned by his mother while he was young boy so that she could marry the wealthy man Raja Rathnam Pillai. Years later, Raja Rathnam's two grown up children fight tooth and nail for their father's wealth.
