After the events of Stree, the town of Chanderi is being haunted again. This time, women are mysteriously abducted by a terrifying headless entity. Once again, it's up to Vicky and his friends to save their town and loved ones. Stree's fear has ended in Chanderi. While the mysterious women who helped Vicky has also disappeared and villagers feel he is gone crazy for loving a ghost. But another fear has started to haunt village where a behead man (Sarkatta) is targeting women of Chanderi. Vicky gets a hint from the mysterious women that Chanderi again needs his help to save the women where he along with his friends Rudra, Bittu and Janna enter the haunted house where Stree lived and Sarkatta is buried. Vicky and his fiends are attacked by Sarkatta they manage to flee but he chases them and Vicky's life is in danger until the mysterious women who now has more powers in her arrives and saves him and tells them together they all should team up again to save women of Chanderi.

The friends facing disastrously funny situations together and having each other's backs through the trenches to make it out of a new mess this time. Fukrey's Choocha,Hunny and Lali this time with Panditji are running a departmental store given by government but hardly have customers.They survive on small expenses by giving tips to others while Bholi is contesting the upcoming elections and wants help of Fukrey's.During opening of a public toilet people start praising for Choocha leaving Bholi aside.Bholi faces brunt from criminal Dhingra for speaking against water mafia as he is financing her party.Hunny realizes that if Bholi comes in power she will ruin Delhi and decide to contest Choocha against her and need money.Bholi's bodyguards Eddie and Bobby plan to ditch her and take Fukrey's to South Africa where their uncle Sinda has a diamond mine. A Hindi adaptation of Shakespeare`s play Othello, the story revolves around a local gangster, Omkara (Ajay Devgn), along with his chiefs - Ishwar `Langda` Tyagi (Saif Ali Khan) and Keshav `Kesu Firangi` Upadhyay (Vivek Oberoi), works for the local politician Tiwari Bhaisaab. Langda aspires to become Omkara`s successor, but he chooses Kesu instead. Langda feels betrayed and plans a revenge.
