A spine-chilling suspense thriller about a cat and mouse game between a budding journalist and motivated serial killer. Anasuya (Bhumika Chawla) is a young, passionate journalist who joins a local TV news channel as a reporter. She lives with her uncle Joseph (Shankar Melkote) in the city. On her very first assignment she had to go as an undercover, posing as a reporter from a women's magazine in to expose suspected child labor in a local politician's house. Anasuya successfully exposes the oppressive working condition of an orphan child called Lakshmi who is forced into menial work at the politician's house. The politician throws the child out of his house to escape arrest. Anasuya shelters the girl and takes her home. The expose becomes a sensation Anasuya becomes a household name. She also becomes an instant favourite of her boss much to the irritation of her senior colleagues. Around this time a series of murders were baffling the police department. The murderer was taking an internal organ from his victims and leaving a red rose behind. When the police get reluctant to give the press information Anasuya is given the task of be-friending task force officer, Anand (Abbas) who was involved with the investigation, and getting information out of him. Anasuya goes about her task diligently and even causes the arrest of Gvoind (Ravi Babu) as the serial murderer. But the cops let him go seeing that he was an invalid with polio stricken legs. Not convinced with police theory Anasuya goes after Govind herself. In a gritty outcome of successive events Anasuya is thrown out of her job, loses out on love and is arrested and thrown in jail in her mad pursuit of Govind. Once out of jail she tries to unravel the mystery of Govind and hunt him down only to realize that it was she who was being hunted by Govind for one final organ to take and one final rose to give. —Deepak Alone

Narasimhudu (NTR)'s parents die at a young age and he is adopted by the villagers of Kondaveedu. The sons of gangsters JD (Puneet Issar) and Pothuraju (Kalabhavan Mani) rape an 11-year-old in the village. Narasimhudu, who is also the caretaker of the village, vows to take revenge on the powerful gangsters and their sons for committing the heinous crime. 3 different phases of Seenu's(Ravi Teja) life, from his first love in childhood to his successful career and marriage. The film begins with Seenu (Ravi Teja), who runs an advertising agency in Hyderabad, setting off on a journey, distributing wedding invitations for his forthcoming wedding. Along the way, he encounters various individuals from his past, who bring back memories of three women that have affected his love life. First, Seenu goes to his village in Andhra Pradesh where he spent his childhood. He remembers the antics he had done during his childhood, his school and his first love Vimala (Mallika). After finishing school, Vimala got married and she never met Seenu again. In the present day, Seenu invites everyone from his village for his wedding including his friends, his old school master and Vimala, her husband and her three children. Then, Seenu goes to a village in Kerala where he moved after his father Sriram (Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao), a postmaster, was transferred there. He had his college education there. He was constantly bullied by the students there as he did not know Malayalam, but eventually managed to become friends with a fellow student Satyam (Sunil), whose mother tongue was also Telugu. Satyam served him as a translator. Seenu soon fell in love with Lathika (Gopika), a Malayali girl. Lathika too reciprocated his feelings and soon their relationship becomes intimate. However, when Lathika's family came to know of this, they drove out Seenu's family from the village and got her married to a local youth who also had a crush on her. In the present day, Seenu reunites with Satyam in Kerala and invites him for his wedding. When they arrive at Lathika's house to invite her too, Seenu becomes upset to see that his former love had become a widow (her husband had died in a boating accident a couple of years prior). After they were thrown out of the village in Kerala, Seenu and his parents moved to Hyderabad. Seenu had not got over Lathika and became an emotional wreck, and started to smoke and drink. He remained an emotional wreck until he met Divya (Bhumika Chawla), who worked in an advertisement agency headed by one Prakash (Prakash Raj). Divya, in fact, secured this job for Seenu after she saw him and his friend Bhagavan (Krishna Bhagavan) distributing pamphlets to the passengers in a bus, seeking job opportunities, hoping one of them may help them out in finding a job. Soon Seenu and Divya became close friends and Divya instilled confidence, unearthed his hidden talents and taught him the lesson that one has to go ahead in life without looking back. Soon, Divya revealed that her widowed mother was a paralytic patient and that she worked to take care of her mother. After Divya's mother died, Seenu, who had fallen in love with Divya, proposed her, but she rejected it, saying that she was happy to be just a good friend. Finally, Seenu decided to get married to a girl of his parents choice, Sandhya (Kanika), for which he is distributing invitations in the present day. Everyone he invited, including Vimala, Lathika and Divya, attend his wedding. Raju (Chiranjeevi ) goes to New Zealand to earn some quick money for the purpose of supporting a orphange which he has established on the name of his late elder sister. Swapna (Rambha) is pursuing her education in New Zealand. Swapna ( Rambha) sees that her friend has been hospitalised and comes to know that Raju (Chiranjeevi ) has hit him. Her friend accuses that Raju (Chiranjeevi ) hit him because he was saving a girl from being raped by him. Swapna (Rambha) meets Raju who gets to know that she is interested in beating him. Raju asks one of his friend (Gopal) to act as him so as to get to know why Swapna is after him. In a comic sequence Swapna hits Gopal ([Link=nm0103977]) on his head. Raju in order to get to know the purpose of why Swapna wanted to hit him, acts as if Gopal (now acting like Raju) is dead. The series of events which follow end without letting Raju know why swapna was after him. Swapna falls in love with Raju and when she was about to propose to him gets to know about the drama that he had played. Raju then convinces her to tell him the reason of why she wanted to beat him. They both later visit the hospital where Swapna's friend confesses that he was lying intially and that Raju was a good samaritan. Raju and Swapna hence fall in love and Raju leaves to India before Swapna does who has her exams. In India Raju meets with Sandhya(Rachana) who wants to commit suicide since her lover cheated her. Raju proposes that he would act as her lover visit her house and later leave without telling anyone about why h was leaving. He says this way she would gain her parents sympathy. Sandhya's father Rao Bahadur Rajendra Prasad(Paresh Rawal) mocks Sandhya and her hubby Raju. Sandhya has a cousin(Srihari) who wants to marry her to gain the property of Rao Bahadur Rajendra Prasad(Paresh Rawal). Knowing that Sandhya has already married, her cousin's father asks him to try for the younger daughter Swapna. Swapna reaches India and seeing Raju as her Brother-in-law is shocked. She assumes that Raju was cheating her and all the attempts made by Raju to tell her the truth fail. She agrees to marry her cousin. Raju participates in a bullock cart race which is held in the village, to salvage the pride of the village by winning the race. In this race Sandhya meets her estranged lover([link=]) and attempts at suicide once again, as she gets to know that he is marrying another woman. This time again Raju foils her attempt and Swapna gets to know about the truth about Raju. By winning the bullock cart Race Raju wins the heart of Rao Bahadur Rajendra Prasad who arranges a marriage between Raju and Sandhya for the sake of villagers and his satisfaction. Raju meanwhile promises Sandhya to arrange the marriage between her and her lover. While Raju goes to fetch her lover her cousin spills the beans about the drama that Raju and Sandhya played of being husband and wife. Getting to know the truth of the drama, Rao Bahadur Rajendra Prasad attempts a suicide. Raju beats the baddies and gets the lvoer with him. He rescues Rao Bahadur, and clarifies the situation in which he had to act as the husband of Sandhya. Finally the movie ends with the marriage between Swapna and Raju, and Sandhya and her lover
